My association with Carachi Motors started in April 2008 and there has been no looking back since then.They are very professional people and give you unmatched service. The moment you step in one feels it is at a different place. Their service standards, diagnostics, technical expertise are un parallel in the whole industry.Its owner Saleem Bhai as referred by us leads from the front and gives us a patient hearing for our issues if any.If someone including our cricket team wants to learn about the practical example of teamwork, they should come and see how the staff here at Carachi Motors work.No mention of Carachi Motors would be complete without mentioning its former service manager Mr Jawaid Alam who left in Dec 2016 for better opportunity. We miss him.Yes they cost more like any 3 S dealership but the big question is whether it is worth the cost or not. My answer is a resounding yes and going there increases the life of your vehicle instead of saving money in the short run.To me Carachi Motors is like Pakistan Airforce ie second to none.

I visited the place on recommendation of a friend. I had an intention of oil & filer change along with regular tuning but they made me an estimate of 22k in total (too many costly over heads, just to extract maximum from your pocket). The outcome that I got from the work was very average. They are charging 3x, 4x of a market price. Wont go there for sure. For people who want VALUE FOR MONEY, would never suggest maintenance atleast from them.

Customer satisfaction is the Job of a franchise, which I believe is not exercised well by Carachi Motors. They are required to identify and report any issues found during the maintenance however they only fix the reported issues. I had to take test drive everytime I take delivery after maintenance to see wether all issues have been fixed or not. I have felt that they are overburden.
