Im giving 1 star, because I have to give it to post my review.I startup my new e-commerce business and select UNFORTUNATELY TRAX for delivery. Opened my account and waiting from a long time to active my account. There are many sales persons I called but they are not answering my calls event no any reply no whatsapp. Poor service, pathetic people, they ruin my new startup and Im hopeless.

I am working with Trax Logistics for few months. i just want to say they are much better than others. For start-ups the main concern is all about payments and they are offering fastest cash back within 24 hours. I am happy with this.

I am writing this to inform you that. you are pretty much better than other. but sometime you guys make us irritated related to delivery. but anyhow you guys are much better.

Not a big fan of Trax but they have satisfied me with there time and product Handling. However, most of the logistic companies do no take things much serious but they are much responsible and doing quality work.............To make it clear Ive got no one working in this company just avail their service and giving feedback.

AoAHopefully you guys are doing well,I just wanted to know why you are not giving me proper response .I have complained 4 times in your head office But no response yet .My parcel is wrong and that is very bad. I cant believe this parcel is from your side because your company is going in good way .

1 stars from my side because from two months i am waiting for my shipment when you call TRAX company for any complain they cut all your balance before attend your call.

It has always been a great experience working with Trax. Especially their High tech portal and USP of 24 hours cashback.Kudos !

Poor Management,I work here about 4 months, salary ratio is very low and no overtime is provided. Salary mostly given out of date or too late. And then Deduction so you take hard-working with labour without overtime and then Deduction due to your weak management if you have any parcels missing and theft issue so you check CCTV camera checking or make an inquiry committee ..

Highly recommended.they have a very good and professional behavior towards their client

I called the rider he sounded drunk lol they keep telling me the rider is on his way plus i tried calling the head office guess what they didnt receive my call lol

Trax provides the best COD services to start-ups.

My parcel with blvk was to be delivered it waasa late 5 days..... after that i got a call from rider i located him the address and waited for him for an hour.....then i called him and he said he will not come today and will come tomorrow.....he was very rude and unprofessional

They delivered wrong item to me and their call centre no is not responding.pls chk your online orders before give them cash amount.

I have just recently started working with Trax, and I have only sent 2 parcels so far, they were both outside karachi. And none of the parcel got delivered. When I call the custoner service all they have to say is that we registered your complain.So 1 of the parcel that I sent is still in transit or lost somewhere and its been 11 days.And the other one is missing for more than a week now.

Call center staff does not provide a resolution and set up your call on hold for a long period of time. 5 rating for their operation staff they provide correct details. Head office is not good at all

Got a cod order from habitt through them. I had already paid a delivery fee then rider arrived at night when I was not home. He asked my driver for rs 200 delivery charges. Don’t care about 200 rs but disappointed by their unprofessionalism and dishonesty

Pathetic service. Its been a month I havent receive my courier. I called them multiple times, every time they lie that the rider didnt find your address. but I havent receive a single call from their rider.. liars, cheater.

Worst,pathetic ,non professional service ,non responsive calling Center and characterless riders who misused costomers number ,shame on you people....

The only thing that make me irritated is delivery time, other than this Trax is best.

Ghatia tareeeen service...they have misplaced my documents and they dont even know where they have lost...you cannot even complain because the complaint form is unavailable on their website...poor customer poor service poor management and staff...Ill sue you if my documents not recieved...

Useless service nobody picks the phone up, nobody replies . I waited 1 month for opening COD account after sending my details, called them several times , but still awaited . I dont know how these people are running there company without any customer care service. I will recommend everybody dont waste your time with this non serious company.

I have issue i complaints many times no progress sirf meray sat ye msla nahe har bnday ka sat ye msla ha kese or ka parcel thama ka paisay lai letay ha uper apka name hoga andhar 50 or bndo ka names hongay jo mujh sa pehlay un ka parcel ta shame o u trax.Fake products delivering in all pakistan and when you call for helpline it says ohh sorry its not our issue. Please contact shipper. You are totally involved in this fraud to make all pakistani foolish to make money on this way. But i will show your real face to all pakistani because i have experience now. You fraud.

Very poor service, always new argument order booked on 05 September and only given reason no one responsible for delivery.today is 13 September very poor service contact 20 times but all day waiting no one came and no call receive status automatically updating consignee refused.
