I have a very bad experience because they give me a parcel which was already opened and now the shipper is not picking up the phone and the thing that I ordered is not working and it is broken from inside also they had a very bad service

It was a big mistake to select their service. Its like our pathetic postal service, item arrived very late. Customer service never picks up the phone. There is no other number except ptcl one and forget about emails you will never get a reply. Please avoid this servoce or you will suffer like me.
