Very bad and irresponsible service. My consignment number is RW550670752 and anyone can check its tracking history. It was booked on 14th November and the estimated delivery date was 16th November whereby Leopard Courier updated the tracker that it has been dispatched to Karachi from Rawalpindi. Fast forward after consecutive calls to their horrid customer service which used delaying tactics like it will be delivered as soon as possible, we will call you back etc. Today when I write this review its 18th November. I still dont know if the package will ever reach me. Pathetic service I wish I could give them less than 1 star rating.

Absolutely pathetic Customer Service Representative, Staff is not punctual, If you wanted to open COD account please dont bother to Use Leapord unless you have a lot of free time.

Some of the most unprofessional and inefficient people Ive ever interacted with. The management will not accept any responsibility and will just find ways to blame you for their own incompetence. Consider TCS instead, especially for fragile and COD.

Pathetic Service and response. Its been 10 days my overland shipment not received from Rawalpindi to Karachi. Their call centre is another PiA after waiting for 10-20 min they repeat one same phrase. Sir it will be delivered today

Leopard corrier service is good and its delivery rates are not much.and my experience with this company is that am a customer and i remain use mostly they deliver by save hand.

I would like to give you suggestion regarding delivering parcel most of companies or persons use your platform for there products delivery but they do scam with there customers you have to take legal action on those scam companies or persons from where you pick the orders.

The rider delivered my cod parcel but didn’t return change of 1000 and ran away. I reported my complaint on phone and email but despite several follwups they didnot refund or took action against the rider. They do not have any system to address complaints which is not expected from a big company providing setvices to public.

The facility is well built access of wheel chair available. Met the staff here. Then proceeded to their statement of account printing facility which Id say is compliant with all the possible state bank regulations. Its a mid level courier company which has to make a lot of move to go ahead.

Opening timings are mentioned at 8 am, but when i reached their shahrah e faisal head office, the guard said no official staff reached before 9 am.

This is in very bad taste, it is the 5th day and single parcel is undelivered to Karachi from Faisalabad although i was promised that this parcel will be delivered in maximum 2 days,This was the first time ive used your service and so sorry to say but this is the most unreliable and unprofessional service ive ever used,Due to Eid Ul Filtr, this parcel was containing garments for special ones and just because of your poor service they didnt get the parcel and now they are unable to wear them on EIDi will straightly advice my associates and friends not to use your unprofessional & untrusted service,You have ruined your name and reputation before you built.

A pathetic Service by Leopards. My Shipment was supposed to arrive from Dubai to Pakistan by SKYCOM, which they did very nicely in 2 days. afterwards my shipment was supposed to be delieverd domestiecly by Leopards. It has been 5 days that i havent recieved my shipment yet. I am trying to call their Main Branch Karachi Local and UAN numbers either they are dead or they are not answering it. Leopards shall fix its services or they should terminate their service and start a barber shop. People will come to them. they wont need to go and deliever at doors. Worst service ever for e-Merchants! We decided discontinue with them after two weeks of service. Its been more than 1 month now and couple of our COD payments are still pending.Sent a complaint mail to them. Then received a call from the employee against whom we had complained asking why we have put up that complaint against him. I guess its normal practice in your organization to let employees handle their own complaints.Now we are stuck with this guy we complaint against who is not releasing our payment.SUFFERING for choosing to do business with Leopards Courier!
