Old building, On main Johar Mor.Road facing flats are airy,but all time vehicles traffic noise this road facing flats project negative points. Monthly maintenance is Rs.1500.Sepage in building is also an issue. Saw In one block sewerage and water lines are renewewd.Some blocks condition very deteriorated and need urgent repairs. This is very common problem in Gulistan Johar flats.Very few proects people,occupants and unions together keep maintain their projects,buildings.But very un common in other Gulistan Johar flats.

Umm When we first came here, it was a very fine place to live. Very calm and smooth. But after the worse law and order situation, it became the worst place to live. And I hate to pronounce that now it is one of the downtrodden areas. Gulistan-e-jauhars name comes with Lyari and Malir, its the most heart wrenching thing for me. My whole childhood is spent here with ease. But now its all gone! That peaceful society is gone. Moreover, the people who used to live here are gone. Now, whos left is the intolerant, indiscipline, ruthless and undignified people. All they want is violence. Farhan Paradise is no more a Paradise. Its building is ruining day by day with the red walls having a sense of blood that the building is about to die, metaphorically speaking. Here, the red blood symbolizes to that pan ki peek which is spit by most of the uncivilized people. They clean their houses and make the whole world dirty. Those people should be given the worst of all punishment. Highly irresponsible acts are done by the people. I wonder when theyll wake up from this ignorant sleep. Oh God! Make them civilized citizens. Whoever is reading this kindly spread this word and try to be civilized gentlemen. Even a dog cleans its place to sit. And WE ARE HUMANS. SO, ACT LIKE A HUMAN!
