Very unique designed building, just need little more maintenance. I has offices and others service station inside it. Although every thing is fine but it should look a little more maintained, because this building is already became a landmark for locals.It just a typical building containing offices and rooms for small startups to businesses.

A building with a very good design and quality considering 90s.But its in very bad shape now a days due to poor management.

Too much wires of PTCL or for electricity or others, its very dangerous, single electronic short circuit and fire can damage whole building, maintenance very poor.

Good lifts and cleaning only the issue is they guys closed the lifts after 5 o clock in the evening. So this was being quite hectic.

Building name was changed but still famous crown plaza on main shahrah e Faisal. From airport to avari plaza hotel coming it will be on your left hand.

Used to call taj wali building when i was kid.it was well maintained and one of the beautiful of Karachi but not now.its not that much maintained now

This building has electricity issue, there are two lift and 1 is not workingThe working lift is also not fully operational for example it is not stopped on 6th it 7th floor and 90% of the time lift is not working
