Extremely slow service, their order takers were least bothered to ask if we need something or at least take our order on time. The information given by the guy over their main counter was bleh, so just to confirm we asked the order taker and surprisingly his information was quite different. I wasnt sure what were they upto, but whatever it was, Id still put it up as bad customer service. Moving on to the coffee, it didnt taste like coffee. For someone who loves coffee, it was bland. Tasteless. Just milk w/ a little bit of flavour - thats it. Never going back. Neither would recommend anyone to waste their time.

Their coffee is quite good and deserts are not bad all. It’s a good place to sit, relax and enjoy a nice coffee. I have tried quite a few variations of their coffee and hot chocolate and they have never disappointed me. Last time I went there with my wife and little one (13 months princess at that time). The staff was extremely friendly to the extent that they started playing with my daughter while we were enjoying the meal. This was a great gesture. Thank you Gloria Jeans team!

Probably the only good entree at Gloria. Macaroni & Cheese. The quality of Gloria has deteriorated overtime but this is still good.I don’t like their service though. Place is decent if you’re at the DMC outlet.

Highly recommended for coffee lovers. Place is really comfortable as they have a ample seating arrangements and they only have smoking lounge in the entire building, so that attracts smokers a lot. Unlike SMCHS outlet, they have outdoor smoking area which is good as non-smokers dont get bothered.

Known it since it began. Its comfortable, a good class of people hang out there add to that, you can smoke out in the terrace serving area. Their coffees, chillers and shakes/smoothies are excellent with a good array of sandwiches, pasta and the likes. Overall, its an excellent place located at Dolmen Mall, Karachi and F6 at Isb.

Went for a sunday lunch, luckily it was nice cloudy weather and sitting in the balcony instead of inside was the perfect option so we did. Although they told us that we first have to order ourselves and then be seated outside which was sort of a hassle. We ordered parmesan and mushroom melt burger. The parmesan which we expected would be with white sauce had a ton of chilli ketchup on it which was disappointment. The melt burger was also mediocre at best the only savior we had was Mint Mojito which was basically a shikwanji slush plus the weather made our day

Fabulous place to have coffee, brunch, lunch and dinner. the cold drinks are very good and taste is astonishing. The pizza and sandwiches are also superb, nice ambiance. The only thing is that its a bit heavy on the pocket otherwise very nice.

Had breakfast, went around 11AM. Breakfast was amazing, so was the introductory milkshake. Service was simply average, had to really go and look for the waiter otherwise its just gloria jeans not special anymore.

Food wasnt that great, coffee was awful. I ordered the Apple Cinnamon Toast and it was so sweet, it shouldve been a dessert. Gloria Jeans used to have some really good french toast options, its a shame they got rid of them.

The quality and service of this place has been gradually going downhill over time. Substandard food taste and quality. Ordered a mushroom melt sandwich which came with stale buns. The fries accompanied with it reeked of cheap oil. The iced cappuccino was also bland. Super low effort. Giving one star for the location only. The price does not reflect quality. Train staff!

Great coffee, possibly the best in town for the price.I like the collection of second hand books stacked on the shelves in their dolmen branch many of which are classics in their respective genres. Gives the place a homey feel. Not that customers care but I laud the good taste of whoever made the selection.Service was slow some months back but has since improved considerably. Some of the furniture requires refurbishment.

I went to have a coffee with my friends. I ordered an americano coffee and the coffee was too light. I dont think that it was a perfect coffee. Likewise I ordered a tiramisu and it was a fake (or a failed innovation) tiramisu. The atmosphere was good although the view on the balcony side is awful because the view is nothing but car parking. They accept credit/debit card for payments.

An excellent place to have a satisfying cup of coffee. They have a lot of varieties. You name a brand and you will find it with them. Well brewed with good taste and satisfaction is the end result. Cleanliness is outstanding. Coffee Standard also outstanding. A bit expensive though. Service is not that good.

Delicious coffee bar uptown Karachi, variety of menu for coffee liker and sweat tooths. I found it a little higher side in pricing in Pakistan. Sitting is in an very social environment as you can see the mob in the mall while sitting here. One thing to appreciate is that foreigners quite often visit this place which is good.

Best coffee

I ordered a Coco Louco which was decent (NOT keeping the medium size for 605 in mind). My mother ordered a Hazelnut coffee which was just sad since it didnt have any hazelnut flavour also they served the coffee without a saucer(not complaining its just highly unprofessional). We also ordered a lemon cheese cake which came in a plate with legit nothing but a slice of cake and a spoon. I would have appreciated getting a bit of chocolate topping on the top or side, presentationwise and all. The cake didnt even have whipped cream. Secondly the cake was old, Ive worked with cheese cake before, and this one seemed atleast 2ish weeks old if not older. Thirdly it wasnt cold, would have appreciated a colder cheese cake. I would give the cake a 2/10 personally. JUST A SAD VISIT. GREAT VIEW THOUGH, balcony is dope.

Its a high end café, the food is good, but the prices quite high. Its really busy on weekends and holidays, the best time to go is on Fridays at 4 pm, if you plan a visit ask for a waiter called Akber. Hell take care of you.

There is a special vibe of coffee always, big and hot mugs are real awesomeness. You will always feel sophisticated and wise. Menu material is like reading newspaper, having coffee in dark indoor, coffee aroma everywhere and you really dont need to bring glasses despite you look full of wisdom. White hot chocolate is really white hot chocolate there. Best place to have any professional or romantical meetups for Leos, psychologists and and sound personalities. Highly recommended when you are looking for peace of mind with piece of cake and coffee to treat yourself ultimately even alone.

Apparently this is one of the dating spots of Karachi. Was a bit disappointed they didnt have decaf coffee even though it is stated on the menu. Also the waiter was a bit stumped when I asked for a white Americano, seems like they only drink it black here. Coffee was decent but what you would find in any average store in the UK. The price is comparable to buying a coffee in the UK too.Has a good selection of desserts too from what I can see. A decent spot if you want to sit down at dolmen.
