So we went to try tbs and had seen some 30% discount on both delivery and takeaway but they said that the its only on delivery, then i showed the screenshot that i usually take on such advertisements and they immediately agreed like they have no margin to disagree. so they need to up their service quality.anyway, they sell burgers and burgers were a bit spicy, though the names of flavour didnt suggest. even the donut burgers which i guess are intended mostly for kids but they were spicy and with no mention of it on the name of the product.

I went there and tried buffalo rach French fries. They were really spicy and has an amazing taste. I also tried tangy French fries and the name says it all. The full house beef burger had the most soft and moist and perfectly cooked meat, the taste of it was also delicious.

I ordered on UAN number dated 25th November 2020, 8:28pm, my order number was 5010. The Burger Shack delivered me through food panda at 9:07pm, even burger shack dont have their own rider. I ask at the time of order to Mr. Ali to please send 5000 rupees change beacuse i dont have the change. But asusual no one cares, and the rider was having no change now it is 9.42pm and the food panda rider forcing me and calling me to receive the order. He wants me to receive the order now because he brings the change now. And he dont care if the food is turned into ice cold..... I really disappointed the third class service provided by the burger shack.

Always a great to have its yummy juicy burgers that melt in your mouth. The beef burgers are really worth the wait. Their unique Peanut Butter shake is one which you wont find anywhere else in Karachi till date.

Their roast beef burger was a horrible experience and if any thing was left spoil the evening it was their soggy french french fries. The burger was spongy devoid of any juicy feel of roast beef, it was drenched in chutney that they called jalapeno sauce.Would I dare eat at your place ever again?

The burger shack might be small without no sitting area but it is one of the best burgers you can have in an area with so many burger joints. The taste shows how fresh the ingredients are and the blend of them really brings out an authentic experience. The prices are really economical and I highly recommend trying the place out!

- First of all, the nachos of this restaurant is the worst I have ever eaten. I have eaten nachos in many countries and this quality of nachos is the worst, it feels that it is the Rs 10 chips we get in shops.- Secondly, the cheese sauce tastes like sweet mango sauce and it feels like there is no cheese in it. The cheese sauce they gave us we have it better at our home. Also the salsa that came with the nachos were like pakistani pickle (achaar), it had way to much oil in it.I recommend everyone that before ordering from this restaurant think 10 times before ordering it, and also the money we give is totally worthless to this restaurant.

The original menu burgers are nowhere close to what they were when the burger revolution started about 7-8 years back.2 reasons i can think of top of mind:1. Franchising / outlets expansion, thus quality compromise.2. menu expansion, thus quality compromise.dont forget we are talking about the Pioneers of the 2nd Burger Revolution in Karachi.

I ordered for delivery and after 2 hours of waiting today.It isn’t delivered and all you Are closed after 12am.Dissappointed.

Unmatched taste of the beef burgers.Their buns are always freshly made which is a game changer.If theres not a long queue, the order preparation takes less than 15 mins.My personal favorite beef burgers are Shack Full House and Smoke House, goes perfectly with fries and nuggets.

I have just experienced the worst beef burger in my life, thanks to TheBurgerShack for making me hate their burger. I have ordered 2 shack full house, 1 shack philly and 2 more burgers, my order number was 3358. Firstly they delivered the order after an hour which is still okay but when I saw the quality of bun in all the burgers it wasn’t fresh at all and there were no Pepperonis in ‘shack Full house’ at all which has made the original taste very different. My whole order was a waste. I have called their customer service to complain about the quality of buns and no pepperonis and they said pepperonis weren’t available that’s why they dint put and they want to refund me PKR 10 for the pepperoni out of my PKR2000. I used to love their taste and quality of buns but now the quality is worst and they can’t deliver what they promise. I am never going to have burger shack again because of bad quality and worst customer service.The best part was that they hang up the phone on my face.

My mother and my siblings just ordered some burger meals from your selves. My family is totally disappointed with the taste and quality- which they say has deteriorated over the years, as been a regular customers of your place.My mother ordered the beef patty- wasnt juicy enough and not to mention that the size of the patty, which was small and decreased in size over the years.To top it up, the chicken burger meal ordered was a disappointment too - oily and greasy!I am only giving this review because we have been regular customers of your place for such a long time and we just feel the quality of your food and service is going down by the min! Used to be my go to place for beef burgers. This time found the beef to be too heavy. Might be a good thing for some but just didnt do it for me. However the loaded fries and peanut butter shake are still as awesome as ever. I still think its the best no nonsense burger joint out there.

One of the yummiest burger Ive tried. The smoke house Burger with garlic mayo fries and ranch sauce fries. Everything was perfect. And the best part was the quantity. It was enough to fill up your tummy. Highly recommended. They dont have a place to dine in its just a takeaway option. They have to work around for some sitting arrangement atleast for the customers who are waiting for their burgers while its preparing.

As a foodie - my experience is not good. We tried their 3 burgers. The patty was fatty and smelly, it consists of only bun and a sauce and a petty, cheese and lettuce put on demand.Compared to Big Bash (restaurant in DHA), it’s 4/10. Whereas BigBash is 9/10.

Degraded their quality , pathetic delivery and cold food,it was an insult in front of my guests ,my all time favourite place has turned into my most hated place.i would highly unrecommend.

Please spare your stomach and avoid this place. With thousand island dressing the burger turned into a soggy mess. There were no toppings. The fries are embarrassing as they are tiny bits of potatoes only. Overpriced and not worth it.

I ordered at home and the burger quality has deterioted over the past few years to the point that the chicken strip had a fried fly in it!!So overall taste was okay but i wouldnt order it again. Wouldnt Reccomend it to anyone cause of the fly it was disgusting and i my whole appetite was put off!

They have one of the juiciest burgers and hot dogs. Loaded fries are amazing. Theyre economical as well. You can have a burger and loaded fries in approx. Rs. 500. The only downside is that they dont have seating.

Their delivery service is little slow the online order is good for time saving if rider reach at you on time. No doubt the Burger Shack has maintained its quality and taste in food Shack Philly Steak is tasty item.
