It is good place to dine. Specially on top floor you get calm vibe with glass windows giving full view of road and yet no traffic sound.good to be there and of course food is as kfc known for. Fantastic

KFC being an International brand I think hundreds of the restaurants in the Karachi and among of them if you put some names like McDonald ,DOMINO ,BROADWAY and also the local different type of this Chicken and the Burger makers so among of them I will definitely choose the KFCbecause of why so they are providing a very unbeatable quality and the taste. The taste was not so good as i visit i. NORTH NAZIMABAD NEAR HYDRI BR. or like a kfc in site area. My experience was not so good in this br.

Just had their new Devil Burger and it was surprisingly so good. Just love the taste and the food quality. It a little spicy though but spicy is my thing.

Nice outlet with good interior and ambiance. Just tried their value box its not up to the mark. Chicken was awesome as always. Specifically the rice! I dont know why they have this in their menu. They should learn how to cook rice. I know thats not their expertise but I think they have to remove it from their menu.

One of my favourite places. Staff is nice and helpful but they should organise a customer service course for their training as they need to understand that customers are very important and valuable. Taste is fine. Fries thek nahi hotay.

I have visited KFC in different locations as well as KFC itehad. This branch is at main location of Karachi defense. I found good environment there. The staff is cooperative and well trained. Food is good . Delivery time is fast. Overall good experience I recommend this place.

Orders placing and delivery during COVID 19 is very tu. E taking. Administration should work harder for quick order taking and deliveries

Service is really good, staff is polite and food is always fresh.I just dont like the atmosphere. They usually keep the underground floor closed for maintenance. Last time we went it was closed as AC was not working. They should transfer the playpen upstairs as most people come with kids

Requires improvement. because test decreases comparing past months. stuff chickens are not so fresh n testy like before was. cleanness also requires improvement. i think we can not compromise on hygienic matter in foods especially. some time before it was a very good food point.

This place has services like usually KFC do all over the world but this place is not too wide and has a limited sitting capacity, also it need to work on cleaning cause saw many times this place is not up to the mark which suppose to do.It’s a good option for to go, order your desired meal and pay, they will prepare as given time may you have to wait if its busy time or rush hours, usually you can find it for late night, it remain open till midnight.

Tried Zingeratha, in the beginning I felt that it lacks some ingredients that was mentioned in display Picture specially that green sauce, it should have green sauce. I asked to gv me that sauce the representative said its inside then I showed her I didt find that but I was told to accept yes its in.So I had to have it in same condition with no taste.

It’s a world renowned chain yet the back entrance of the building is filthy, gutter is overflowing and smells. That’s where the employees enter and exit from. It’s a shame if this happened in USA the concern authorities would serve a notice and have it fixed thereafter inspect it periodically.
