Worst service takes order collects the money but does not deliver. Not something expected if you are paying a premium

Nah, dont do it....seriously, just dont. Service went from acceptable to mildly disappointing to contemptuous. Seems to be a lot to unpack there...spare yourselves!Update: I recieved ZERO proactive follow ups from anyone in their organization during the course of my purchase. In contrast, Ive had to chase their people down for updates. At one point, I was even given a date and time to expect fulfillment/installation and they no-showed without even calling to advise me not to wait up. As a result, I have no hesitations in saying that their entire organization lacks integrity and they do not even comprehend the concept of customer service. Professionals? Yeah, right!

Ordered the blind , its been 4days past when they were supposed to install it. They keep saying aj kal and do nothing about it. Pathetic service, horrible work ethic, zero professionalism

If there was minus grading I would’ve done that. Highly unprofessional and brainless people. The only good thing was their blinds but whats the point when after sales service, fitting and other assistance is pathetic. I hope they understand how to do business. Wishing for more competition in market so they know where they stand. Shame!

Amazing work

Theyve got a great variety, but more expensive than the shops on Tariq Road and other areas. Staff is stubborn and lost. Borderline polite. Also they were quite rude after we had paid and placed our order. Follow up is poor on the delivery and installation.

I wish I could grade them starless. They don’t deserve even 1 ️
