Used to be very good bank in all aspects.. now there customers service is at its worst.. no response on calls and poor OTP sms service

It was used to be a very good bank, but nowadays no one receives your call neither UAN nor branches, seems like bank is on auto mode, i am sure this bank is about to sell or any transition phase. Very disappointing

Used to be good bank but services now are not that good. One of my friend had worst experience, he said that their customer support team is the worst. They cannot accommodate one person who has been calling in over and over again to get a case forwarded since the past 6 weeks. Whenever he calls a new rep takes his info from the scratch and promises to escalate the case on priority basis. While this is a rubbish standard sentence that you probably say to every customer to calm them down.

The best bank with the best and fastest customer services. This specific branch has a great symbooic building that I really like. Very well-maintained and cooperative staff.
