Kia Motor is very good looking and safety features are also available in the car. This car is so beautiful and nice color and finishing is so cute and cool. This car steering is adjusted. Air bags safety features are available in the car. I think the car is the best car in the world.

Purchased New car from them and it was delivered timely. Sales person assigned to me was humble, polite and Good in dealing. Tried its best to deliver car ASAP.Last week went for 1k service. Waiting Area was fine.There was no screen in waiting Area that shows current status of your car. That would be really helpful for customers.One thing I liked about waiting Area is that on two sides glass wall is installed through which customer can view their Workshop and customer can see their car while being serviced. Even 1k service took around 2 to 3 hours. They performed Washing of car and Engine. Along interrior cleaning with polish. All this free :) I think washing took time :) .One thing looked bad i.e. sweeper came and dropped water on floor from their drinking water Dispenser with the glass used to drink and started mobbing the Floor. I was shocked and this behavior is really very bad and un acceptable.Last Wednesday visited for an issue but it turned out to be some metal got stuck in back right springs of shock. They tackled it effectively and timely. Removed it and got free in 30-40 minutes. Even didnt charged.Keep up the good work and improve thing mentioned above.So far experience is good. Now I will visit them for 2nd Service of my Car.Best of Luck

For a head gasket problem they first quote me 10,000Rs. At the end of the day it becomes 28000, next day it becones 31000, 3rd day it becomes 40000. After grilling them out of frustration i asked them to do what i said on very first day at final cost of arround 25000. Then they said car will be delivered after 2 days. So in total they hold me car for 5 days just to do a job of one day at cost 2.5 times what initially communicated. Worst service
