Showroom is is an exception with regards to large area dedicated for car Showroom, service & repair facilities. Sales staff is friendly and professional. Customer services are appreciable.

Previously Suzuki Khair Agency is now Honda Khair an authorized dealer of Honda Company. Its location is very prime as it is located on city exit Super Highway so great help for travelers. Its a spacious outlet with workshop and other services including denting, painting, car wash, etc. Also deals in new vehicles.

Went there a few years back. I felt scared because it is a far away place and it was so quiet around it. Felt as if guard did not like new customers to enter in. Maybe things have changed now, but I couldnt gather courage to go there again. Although for us, it is the nearest Suzuki workshop.

Incompetent and inexperienced team destroys your vehicle. You bring your vehicle with one problem, whether it resolves or not, you will have a new problem for sure.

Non availability of required Engone Oil 5000 km. Extra charges Rs 500 for change of Oil filter as no charges in market.

Technical staff and the manager of the showroom/workshop found co-operative and humble.

This service center dont have experienced technicians. Seems they are not even able to identify the problem and instead of it they provide huge estimations. I had been there couple of times but I had a very bad experience.
