Im in DHA Phase 6, if youre looking for an internet provider, do not pick this company. Internet speeds that you pay for are not up to speed, I pay for 50mbps, I receive less than 1mbps AND they are always crashing. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANYTheir customer service is absolutely horrible. The phone line does not have any information. I left my information with them and they told me they would call me back later that day, and that was two days ago. I called them again after having never received a call back to answer my question, and again they said they did not know when deployment would happen for my home.How do you not know when deployment will happen? No one ever arrived, called them two days in a row, the installer kept declining my calls, and Fiberlink as usual, does not answer their phone. My internet turned on randomly in the evenining. I got a call at 2am asking if my internet was working, I said yes. Then the next day the internet stopped working AGAIN.Now Fiberlink does not answer their phone, I call them EVERY DAY for two weeks, no one answering operator or Customer Service for Sindh.This should be illegal.To be honest, I think Im being punished for giving them a negative review. My user name is my real name, and I think they looked me up in their system and are not giving me service. No internet for over two weeks is ridiculous.In this day and age, as a modern person, high speed internet is very critical. How am I suppose to get work done, or even watch YouTube videos? Zong 4g is not good for streaming videos in above 480p.And to repeat, if you are looking for internet in DHA in Karachi, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

When it works, it works fine for normal web browsing and stuff. The latency is extremely high making it terrible for gaming. This would still be excusable if it were not for the instability of the network. Every month it will cause problems being down for hours or even days. And when its down it takes forever for it to come back up and running. Ive personally complained about this countless times.Ive started keeping a record of the amount of hours and days it doesnt work in a certain month. When its time to pay the bill I will demand they do not charge for for the several days my connection didnt work or I will switch networks. Id take a slightly slower speed connection with greater stability and customer support any day.

The resulting disaster is what they are.Applied for connection in August, paid 4k in advance with the promise of connection in two weeks and still waiting for the connection in December. This is real.Update : January2020After 06 months of continuous headaches and follow ups with them, finally connection is live at 27 Jan,2020. They totally refused to return my 3months advance so had no option other than to use their service for now 3 months.Update 20 April, 2020Speed was okayish but inconsistent. After every week it remains down for a day or two. No response from their customer service so had to wait for connection to come back itself.They blocked my connection after two months in the start of April. Called them and they didnt know that I had paid them till the end of April. Another example of their pathetic customer relations. Connection was down for 3 days and then a week after it goes down again. I have no internet for the last two days.So Goodbye Fiberlink, I am changing my service provider. May they get some sense of running a company. Looks like they hired a bunch of 6th Graders as employees who lie through their teeth. Company do not exist on Saturdays and Sundays, while mostly fault happens on Friday. They will ruin your weekends. Stay away peeps.

This is by far the worst private ISP in Pakistan. There honeypot is their low rates but riddle me this. What is the use of paying low rates for high bandwidth when more than half of the month your internet will not be working and customer support will not be well in simpler (and non abusive terms) not supporting. Hopeless!!! For God’s sake save your self from the frustration, seriously. I used it for like two years because there was no other option in Phase 8. The link is always down so no connectivity. Why would you pay for a year in advance for an internet which seldom works, has no customer support, no response team, faulty hardware, and above all unprofessional attitude because the top management does not have a will to improve at all. Dont even bother to buy this internet. It is just scam. One of the pathetic service you will ever experience. Service is trash and hardly anyone from call department respond to your call. You have to register your complain on whatsapp. They dont fulfill commitment and back off from it. if your internet is gone its long gone and you have to wait for 4-6 days or maximum 10 for issue to get resolve. You have to visit office and sit on there head in order to get issue resolve on time.. If it is time for payment, they will take it on time but for issue, they never bother about it. Look for best alternative but dont go for this service.

This is probably the best internet out there in terms of speed,latency and their pricing. When it works it works like a charm it’s great no hiccups no nothing u will get the speed for which u pay for. But there’s this one big problem every month either once or twice u will get a red light problem and it takes them days to fix it. Which is really bad I mean u lose internet for probably 2-3 days even more sometimes so the customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Extremely worst support. Disgusting service. I paid for 500Mbps and getting only 37Mbps. Called them to help me out but no response. From 2 days internet got disconnected and i was trying to contact their Support team but continuous NA. Called 2 of their employees who deployed the internet but they also do not pick up the call and neither respond to my message. I must say I have not seen such a bad support and service before in my life as i have seen by this company. My support ticket is opened since 1 month and no response. They are very active only in case when you exceed 30 days or forget to bill them even 5 min late, no warning just disconnect the internet. This is where they are very best.

Good speed and multiple packages to choose from but customer services needs to be improved. Also the billing system needs a revamp; you have to physically go pay your bill at their office instead of having an automated system or a rep coming to collect. This is a pain. This could end up as the biggest fraud in the tech sector. There is no company structure. They just give you a kachii receipt on sign up, forget you for months, then install. I was very satisfied with the 50mbps (100mbps late night) internet connection but after three months of usage the gpon device got a fault and stopped working. I literally complained hundreds of time, none of them bothered to take any action regarding my complain, they even stopped the internet service asking me to pay for the bill. The worst possible service ever!Had paid in advance and they wont install my internet line, and now theyre even rejecting my calls.Never ever would recommend it.
