I have been there recently with some issues their staff is just okay in term of professionalism and technical knowledge. It is better to go 5 Star chorangi branch.

I have use payment machine for paid post pay bills of cell phone and ptcl, you can also use this machine for issuance of new sim and recharge cell balance.

Useless totally time wasting, Ive visited numerous times, but thy never solved even single little problem. Specially Mr Khalil BM ptcl Up Morh north karachi.

Visited it in november. 2 out of 5 counters were serving only.

Always had a good experience to visit this centre.

There have no shed for claint who submitting there complain in his office through queue.An old man or woman also stand there in the queue approx 30 to 40 minutes continiously.

A one window solution for PTCL and UFONE related issues, I visited this place to take a new sim and found the services provided good and the environment pleasant. Moreover, I dont know about the weekends but on a working day afternoon, there was no issues regarding parking of my car and the load of customers was also light. All in all, I got my work done in a hectic free manner.

My Home there I daily used to go office by this road

Its located in North Karachi Sector 11-J, on main Shahra-e-Usman.Although its serving more telephone line comparing to other telephone exchanges in the region. Seems it is much neglected on technical side.Since 2017 a well facilated customer service center is operating in the same vecinity.Needs a lot to improve the services level to meet the todays requirement.
