Worst ever experience with this company. Unprofessional sales staff. They took order for kitchen with a commitment of 75 days, 5.5 months (165 days) have been passed but kitchen not yet delivered. They are not refunding payment nor delivering our order. Sales staff even not rececing phone

A very good place, having a good smell of wood. Furniture of all kind like corporate office and domestic purpose is available with vast variety. However, prices are on higher side but quality of product speak for itself. Yeah its a worthy store.

Cheaters. First they delivered ten days late. Then they removed bottom frame of sofa making three seater lower than single seater. Instead of fixing it. I paid in full and was quite an expensive choice as it was for a business office. Chose a new arrival. First staff kept lying that they were fixing an issue in the furniture then just simply removed the frame and delivered. No apology no shame. I will only go there one last time to complain then never again. Forget interwood

Very good. Neat and clean. Excellent parking facilities. Good, mature and yet young aged staff that is knowledgeable of items displayed...... very courteous. Price range is a little high but the sale and their packages are very good. Furniture of course is mostly aesthetic and solid.

Best place for furniture

I just visited the store! You guys really need to update your stock list! I just wasted 45 mins on choosing items and then getting told on the payment counter that the furniture I picked is out of stock! And that if I want to buy a display item I have to wait for the managers approval (who is not available anywhere). I felt as I was probably a charity case and beging you guys for stuff! You just lost a customer. I dont know if this review can effect your way of doing business but at least the people on top should read it and take some measures to improve the customer experience at your outlet. If not the market has better options and in this economy you should up your game. Kudos to your sales staff who seemed helpless with a smile!

Pathetic services and representatives.I have neven been gone through such a worst service from interwood.Really not recommend to anyone.They took 100% payment in advance and Its been a month still product is not delivered.Now same product is selling with 15% off but charged me 100% payment.

I placed two orders. They delivered one bedroom set on time while the coffe table was delivered too much late. Secondly the color was different than that I choose at the time of booking at the showroom.

Best place to get reasonably priced and good quality furniture for home and office

As it is corporate office, they have managed it very well to subconsciously giving a message to the visitor about the dynamic environment they have in their office. The staff is very energetic and humble. The infrastructure is just so good as they are renowned in the same category.

Its a good place to buy furniture for children and adults and for office. Customer service is also good. Well behaved cooperative employees. They offer tea and coffee while purchase is being made. 1st floor has reception and room and house decoration. 2nd floor has same home interior decorations. Good quality high end furniture place for your home and office from high end executive furniture to what they called budget range! Have had their office furniture for many years and its lasted but more importantly, still looks good.On this occasion though did have a few issues with non-functional design and quality of assembly, which was partly remedied within couple of days but the remaining issues still remain outstanding almost a month later! Not typical of Interwood service were used to.... Also had issues during the ordering process with a rude salesman and ignored calls etc. A few issues which Interwood need to look into to maintain their long term clients!

Neatly designed furniture in accordance with those who prefer Ikea type designs but with a desi flourish.The showroom itself is very impressively laid out with five floors each dedicated to a different category such as home, office, kitchen etc. Location is also convenient as its just off main Khayaban-e-Ittehad.What I found wanting was availablity of sales staff. On two separate visits my wife and I found ourselves all alone on the floor we visited for living room furniture for at least 10 minutes. The lack of attention was disconcerting since that is not what one expects when shopping for big ticket items like furniture. At least someone should be watching the CCTV cameras!What impressed me most of all visually are their kitchen designs although I wasnt looking for an assembled kitchen set.Did I buy anything? Of course I did or else I wouldnt be spending 10 minutes of my life on this write-up. Spent more than I should have but what the heck. I am satisfied with the sofa sets and the recliner seat not to mention the rattan chair that swings this way and then that.Interwoods furniture is pricey no doubt even after the 23% discount (to commemorate Pakistan day on March 23rd) but all the other shops I visited were equally expensive or downright tacky with furniture fit for a feudal lords living room as shown on some Pakistani soap operas.

I have bought furniture from them on last sunday. They said that furniture will be delivered to your house next Tuesday. Its wasnt delivered. I visit their showroom on Wednesday, which is 40min drive, and they say sorry, it will be delivered to by tonight. Its Friday now (3 days past) and still not delivered while their phone numbers are not responding. Poor management and customer service.
