Building is old but neat and clean, no parking area for vehicles, staff is cooperative. A littlr bit expensive even soft water is expensive. Anywasy hotel is good for staying for a short stay.

Worst place to stay. Me and my wife went from kashmir to karachi in dec 2019. Over priced rooms 6000Rs. Dirty food area with 2-3 options of breakfast. Thanday prathay. Reception was very bad. Even they ask for money when you leave like sir g hmay b dy dain kuch plz dont go here with family. There are several other hotels in that area. Check them.

The hotel is just okay. Hallway was little dirty. Limited food items. Big problem of getting water to drink except the bottle you get in your room.

The bad experience I ever had, the hotel was totaly massed. No water for shawar. The reception and room service was very poor. I will prefer to sleep on street but not visit them again...

Good experience and appreciable facilities

During the rains our house flooded and we went there to stay the night. We gathered family including children and reached there. They told us that they cannot give us room because we have Karachis identity card. This is the most bizzare and ridiculous excuse. I cannot understand why they wouldnt give us room it was not likewe were terrorists. We had baby children and women with us. We wanted to pay advance and cash. Any how we crossed the road and got room in another hotel. This was bizzare and absolutely disgusting customer service I have ever seen in a hotel.

I have stayed at Sarawaan Hotel3-4 times in past few years. The front desk staff on both shifts are efficient and friendly, recently the hotel is raided with cockrotches everywhere in rooms bathrooms and on side tables. The bathrooms condition is pathatic. House keeping department staff lacks training, moreover major repairs needed in bathrooms. I may not stay here in future.

Service is not that much good. If you are with family then its a nice place to check in. But the food is not good. It is a bit expensive if you are from a middle class family, I suggest you to order online. And yes dont park your car in front of hotel, its risky, risk of getting scratches. Park your car in parking lots. Air conditioners in rooms help cooling but sometimes a bad smell comes from it. And dont hesitate to talk to hotel people, at last you are paying them not living there for free.

Room wasnt up to the standard but it was ok , Air-conditioned was stisfactory , over all it was ok but not super nice , I enjoyed breakfast
