Overall it is neat and clean but sometime you feel a substandard cleanliness especially you have to deal with blankets, pollows and bed sheets. Bed Matterss is not comfortable if 2 people are sleeping, slight movement of one severly disturb the other. Parking is available for 3 to 4 vehicles. Staff is cooperative, peaceful environment, and affordable rates.

· I spent 5 nights in this hotel. Spacious room and clean big bed. Good shower pressure. Very nice staff, they attend any requisite or address any issue quickly. Location is good: quiet neighbourhood near Clifton beach. Overall I think it was a good stay.

Great Environment with great Services

Me and my wife stayed for one night. As l checked in the room, a highly pungent smell of mosquito killer spray welcomed me. I opened the windows and main door but the smell stayed throughout my stay.Door and electricity switches are old, water in bathroom is saltish, difficult to brush teeth.I booked double room, but provided single blanket, which was replaced with double after repeated reminders.Breakfast time was very odd, usually starts at 8. We missed breakfast as we checked out at 6:45 AM to avoid any delay to reach at the airport.Location is in a very posh area,bit the road leading to guset house is in a very dilapidated state.I wouldnt stay here again.

-The place is Nice. Nice staff very polite people I choose them because they have low rates. You get what you pay for. I would say 2 star hotel. It was nice and clean. I Will use them again, if i get the chance ..

When I reached here they said the guest house is full, but however the staff was amazing. They arranged a room in another guest house which was just beside the road for the same amount. And I must say it was way better than 5 star rooms here in Pakistan.Made my stay worthwhile. Thank you :)

This place was a disaster to begin with. We are Americans and this was out first visit to Pakistan, Karachi. This guest house was dirty and there were insects in bed and every where. The hygiene was definitely an issue but the people working there did not seem to care about customers- It seemed like they only wanted more money- We saw the owner and management fighting with customers- They were swearing at their customers- I was surprised to see customers were so professional- WE obviously did not like the entire atmosphere and left this place immediately. We basically checked in and checked out in 2 hours. By reading at some of the reviews below we thank our selves for making the right decision. All positive reviews are fake and self written

I have to agree with Ali Sultan- Terrible service- The place is dirty terribly- they have like 7 seven people in some of the rooms- not a family place- all in all very POOR - and the credit goes to Management- Our booking was done through a person called Ateeq who said he is the manager and does the booking- as well and he made a lot of fake promises and when we came it was all what we did not expect.One word for you folks RUN
