Worst shopping experience, cloth purchased bleeded colour in first wash. Claimed the quality and the response was awful. They took the cloth and sent to quality department and returned with same stains. I again asked for claim the procedure and result was same. Finally I took my cloth with same stains. The pathetic service and experience.

Worst possible customer service. Bought a kurta two days back and wanted to exchange it, get a different size, and they wont allow it because the collection has changed. Excuse me? It says on your wall you have a 7-day return policy. But no, they wont budge. Even their customer service officer on the telephone wont budge. Their argument: why didnt you you bring it back on the same day? Well because the person who it was for wasnt here till a day later. Absolutely unprofessional customer service. If the collection has changed, send the kurta where you have sent the rest of the collection. This is the differnce between after sales service here and in the West. Never going back to Nishant Linen!

I personally like NL they have very soft and durable fabric their colors wont fade for long... casual and formals both designs and prints are good bit pricy but you ill never regret ....i recently bought their shawl which is super soft and warm the only problem i have with NL is their very rare sale i used to wait for sale whole year.....one thing i wanna add you can buy per yard cloth from their freedom collection
