Great salon!

Giving criticism for a service is not hate!! We just did not want to delete our review for a free service. We already paid for it and had a terrible experience. Kindly stop dragging this issue cause Ill create more accounts just to reply!! We did not hate on you ok? The service we got wasnt upto par that is the only issue. Take this to fix your problems instead of responding to reviews online. If you cant do that just dont start a service providing business as easy as that.

Was charged 6k for a terrible haircut even after I explained what kind of haircut I wanted. Just because you have a fancy place and name doesnt mean anything. Your employees know nothing and are terrible at their job even when instructed.

Giving a bad review gets on nadias nerve! this isnt the way to treat someone. If we had a bad experience that is what we are gonna say. declining to fix your own mistake just for a bad review shows more about you. Saying they wont give a complimetary service to fix what they did wrong just for a review. Its better if you take reviews as constructive critiscm. Worst mistake of my life to go here. plus they had the audacity to say they would reply with pictures ( my friend does hijab) . she wanted a choppy bob and what she got was totally different. Pathetic

Their party makeup is pathetic there was only one lady doing it she was so slow and didnt know what to put next. We literally had to tell her n guide her which product to use next. The makeup brushes were dirty and she used the same for two of us. No branded cosmetics used . Liquid lipsticks were all dried up...seemed like expired cosmetics were used. Never step in for makeup services.

I went there for xtenso and she charged 25k for this she ruined my hairs completely my frnds words was ( kya baal jala diye hen nadia hen ) and i was like i wasted my money. then again i went thr and told her that what she had done with my hairs u completely ruined my hairs she said i will give you protein treatment u have to take 3 sitting. and she said pay more 15000 for the treatment.. i paid bcoz my hair was damaged by her xtenso. i never recommend anyone to go thr..ye khud to ganji ha dosro ko b ganja he kr degi.. she is just cashing her so called name...

Very expensive

I went there for my waxing however I had to wait as the lady who was suppose to do my waxing was not in the salon. Waxing was done neatly by the lady. I went there with my friend, who went there for massage so it took her more time as compared to mine. The thing that was shocking or alarming form me was that why the male staff was allowed to enter the salon. This is dangerous in many ways.
