Ordered Zing burger and fries. Zing burger is costly and not up to the mark. If you are zinger lover better to try with other options in tge same area.

Food was good. I tried Pakistani burger it was tasty but extremely delicate, chicken value burger was normal. Their burger were really small. But prices are very reasonable.

Place was good we tried Mexican jalapeños pizza and that was expectedly great but they steal my water bottle and add in the bill..lol

I love the place small but comfortable and cozy. Food is good with reasonable prices and quality. The portion is also good. Service is also fast in a friendly manner. Location is ideal with all food outlet in the surrounding.

Good ambience, service at the counter is quick however the cleaning staff was not prompt. The tables were left dirty and after 4-5 calls a cleaner came to thrash the leftover of previous customer.

I had fries with nuggets deal which was around 400 something rupees but due to discount it was available at 200 something rupees which is superb.

I tried pizza and burger mughliay...very tasty and low price...

Burger fires were ok and fresh my main complaint was about the cheapness of the ketchup i dont understand why they only give one pouch they should put the dam bottle on the table and plus clean the dirty place up

Bisbehaving managerWorst experience ever2 dip sauce was missing and the chichen was deep fried.When I confronted the manager he went on blaming me that I was lying. He misbehaved and went on blaming me rather then accepting his mistake. He could I lie if theres 2 sauces missing. Thats ridiculous. The chichen had a horrible taste. The manager misbehaved. I have tried Optp a lot of time but this time at this branch the experience was horrible. Not recommended going there at all

The place is very clean and as less people come here it is very decent place to eat as you will feel good in eating in a quiet place the food was great and of great quality.

Serving size is very insignificant. Should have 1.5 orders for a proper-sized meal.

No doubt optp is love in affordable prices.

One of the best franchise, you can have meal from on 5-star food street. Though the burgers are small and not that huge but they are definitely delicious and economical. However, the french fries, which is their proprietary and speciality are best available in town. The dine-in place is relatively small though and not much people would fit in.

In simple and plain pathetic service and environment.. order boy doesnt explain to us properly and we ending up buying wrong food...air condition were not working properly... no proper cleaning...we order different food items. Except beef burger everything .. was below average Qtr was too oily... erc.. over all this is one of worst fast food experience I ever had.

Way too much crisp on zest and zinger item. Otherwise, the food is well cooked and good enough for a fast food.

Absolutely disgusting and overpriced. Came here for lunch and all the tables were filthy, there were flies all around and the service was horrible. Whats more is we were served diet soda instead of the 7-up we ordered. Will never visit again.

OPTP never disappoints me when visiting with my family and craving for food. Best FishnChips, PrawnnChips, Beef Sandwiches and burgers. While this place is a costly one, the taste always makes up for the spending. The outlet has a small sitting area with a shared restroom for ladies and gents.
