Located in one of Karachis famous food streets (SMCHS), Gloria Jeans offers good ambiance along with a wide selection of drinks. Highly recommended if you want to hangout with friends and want a nice place to snack. Only issue could be the parking, especially during weekends.

Pretty, had AC, and a nice calm environment, which is why Im not giving it a 1 star. But service was extremely slow. Me and 7 others went for a nice breakfast, and one of us ordered a chocolate sizzler (or something with that name) and had to wait an HOUR for their order. It was ridiculous. Everyones food arrived at random times (ALL after the expected 20 minute wait time as well) and the pancakes gave me an upset stomach. Dont plan on coming here again.

Its the place to crash. Its quite music is good. breakfast is amazing and coffee and other drinks they serve are A-One. Yes its bit expensive but you will feel relax and cozy there.if you can afford $$ and wish a place to crash bring a book or laptop and enjoy reading while having tea / coffee or any hot beverage they serve. Last time I had hot chocolate and I am just craving it again.

Best place for high tea. I have been there many times with my family. We always had a great quality at at this place.I love their lavishing lava cake. Best lava cake in town.Beautiful restaurant, calm atmosphere, good service and best taste. Highly recommended !!

We went to have cappuccino and to chill out.Cappuccino was tasty with good Ambience.

Service just pathetic. I waited 25 mints to just order with low crowed. Althoug order came quickly. Drink were fine. Not that great but just average.

There was a time when I loved Gloria Jeans and its services. But this time it was a total upset.Firstly credit card machine was not working.secondly no waiter was taking our order.thirdly our order was served after 30 minutes of time when we decided to leave the restaurant.so poor service, and one reason was we are short of waiters

Very bad. No maintenance after almost 5 months of lockdown. Their ac and chillars were not working at all. After 20 minutes of bearing, we took our food and went to finish it in our car.Bread of the sandwich was not fresh. Ambience needs attention, maintenance issues. Not such a nice experience as it was use to be. Food was ok and americano is like a lot of water with very few coffee beans.

Their black coffee is not so great as its machine brewed. But its a good place to socialize and have small work meetings as well.

Good coffee place with nice ambiance. The coffee is great, the desserts are nice. The staff is courteous. Valet service is available to take care of parking.A bit on the expensive side but a very nice place if you are planning to hang out with friends or having a casual meeting.

The service is getting bad day by day i dont know whom to contact for complain im regular customer still the guys at SMCH outlet are treating in a bad way not accepting mistakes and cleanliness situation in cafe is not upto mark in rush hours. Can anyone tell me how to contact management as other outlets are doing really good. It was really good outstanding before. They really need to improve their service of this area otherwise soon theyll be vanished from here

Im a regular customer of Gloria Jeans but today i faced very bad service from the staff. They took my order but did not repeat the order and i was not served the water bottle. Upon billing they cahrged me water and i asked to void the order but she refused it and paid by her on pocket the balance. Very dissappointed with the quality of service and staff

Very bad services I experienced

The service has become incredibly slow, the food portions were too small for the price and the Alfredo pasta was terribly done. It had chunks of tomatoes in it which is unacceptable. The chicken tarragon had 1 tbsp of mashed potatoes side. I mean. The should just shut down the food menu. Loved the overpriced chillers.

Visited Gloria Jeans for breakfast with my wife as she loves smoothie of Gloria although its way too expensive for just a drink having ice and fruit. We ordered strawberry and mixed berries smoothies and it was a delightful experience in such a hot weather having chilled drink. Cost around 800 with taxes for both which is too much it must not be more than 500. Fresh & Testfull

Loved the coffee as usual. Cheesecake was fresh & wonderful. A good place to have good coffee and snacks.

The place is not clean.Also the waiter need to shower they stink really bad.Zero Hygiene.Zero Cleanliness.And lots of flies.Smoking area is not confined.

The food and coffee are awesome but the price is way too high. Spending Rs.3k on breakfast of 3 people is quite steep.

Sitting area was too congested and noisy when crowded. They need to reduce some seating to have an open environment. However, Coffee & Snack were good in taste.

Coffee is not what I expected and beans are a bit too roasted. Rest is all acceptable and good for most of the office quickie thingy. Not so opulent yet very good run for the money yet at higher end of the strata. Ocassionaly might go there.

Four words: coffee good, food terrible.Coffee was nice. You can ask for skim milk for free so thanks. The largest option is filling, even a tiny bit extra so go for the mid range size. They didnt give low calorie sweetener with their packets of sugar(unlike butlers), perhaps they will if you ask. Ambiance nice. Just for chilling and drinking coffee its good.The food however was BAD. Even their cakes - first off, they were out of the ones we wanted (tho we went in the morning). The Cadbury Cake is a disappointment and overpriced. Do not order. Pasta was stale and nothing unique. We went out feeling like fools.Just go for a coffee run. Even Starbucks doesnt have good food lol.
