5 star Rating for medical only. Mart not good. Home plus is way better in my personal opinion.

Best Place For Shopping in Reasonable Prices..

Nice mart. But limited variety

Its a life saver when you want to buy something after 12 at midnight. However their service is slow at counters (there is only 1 counter operationg at a time) and the staff isnt well trained to handle a full cart of grocery items. Still a nice place to buy dog food or imported chocolates, especially the items which you wont find at other places.

I usually avoid crowd, so this supermarket is my type, no long queues... this store is very well maintained promoters and helpers you find in every row... why not i am giving 5 stars? the reason is there is a parking issue in front of this store... its too hard to find parking place especially on holidays and in a month of Ramadan.

It is a big mart but what I do not like about them is how they treat their customers. First of all, they have near to expiry items on sale. Just today, I saw a family bring back a box of fungus filled cakes to return. Even after showing the management that the cakes are rotten and there is no way of consuming them so some of them were thrown out by the kids, the management kept asking for the remaining 6 packs. I mean who could have consumed a fungus filled food item, especially when upon opening each of the remaining packs were totally rotten. Plus, the way the employees were talking to the customer was very rude like he has no respect at all. Only paid him half the pack price. This is very bad from them. Secondly, their loyalty card program is nothing but just a pathetic act to cash out on such marketing tactics. I mean, PKR 1 against PKR 100 spending, which is a total ripper. Even Naheed gives more points than this. I dont think I am ever going back there ever again.
