Rooms are good but the room service is really bad. Even they dont alow you to talk a bit loud in the room. They charge you for every thing. Even for the breakfast. Kitchen is off the hook after 7pm. And the cook is really bad too. No room cleaning is done during your stay. Even a bike was stolen from the parking compound during my stay. So be careful.

One of the worst experience i ever had to stay in a guest house , came from islamabad to attend my sisters walima , these guys cant even manage the simple tasks on time like pressung clothes and facility were in serious need of maintainance as well, burnt a waluma dress , stayed in room no 06

No sense of responsibility and lacking a minset to offer quality service to customers. You have to chase everything by yourself to get it done. It could be an option for overnight stay, just a sleepover, and nothing more. Every single service line is teasingly slow.

It was the worst experience for me so far. There was no ventilation in the room, the exhaust in the washroom was out of order. I couldnt sleep whole night due to suffocation. It is by the side of railway track ans that too near a Phatak. If you wanna have the worst experience do book rooms there.

Spacious and luxury room in effordable charges

I would say its been great hospitality .Specially night staff Zeeshan and Mathew were very helpful.My 5 years old had the noodles craving in the middle of night and got cranky for it.They made noodles for him .I want personally acknowledge their efforts. A big thank for them. We have not landed here but stayed here and its worthed it from Dubai and found this nice and peaceful place to have good sleep. Food is good and staff is professional and friendly .I would definetly prefer to stay here on every visit to Pakistan .

For the standards of this city the place is nice and priced appropriately. Of course I can complain about having breakfast with no cutlery but again that is the culture here where they eat with their hands. Rooms are extremely large and clean. But again I’m not comparing anything to western standards nor should I. Ac works well, wifi is decent and staff very helpful and very friendly. I would aty here again with no hesitation.

My travel plans unexpected change due to travel restrictions and reached out to the hotel to ask for refund. Note this was a nonrefundable booking. I was hoping they would at least refund 50%. Nope. On top of that both reception and manager refused to give their names. Sad for a business establishment to be this desperate, shortsighted and unprofessional.

Bathroom condition were terrible and needed much improvement. There was a constant bad smell from bathroom.Furniture in room was very dirty and old. Loud noise from loose windows. Overall needed much improvement. Staff was very good. Hotel owner was very cooperative

Cheap place with appropriately amenities. Rooms are old but livable. If you have nowhere else to stay this is ok but make sure to fight for good room. They have some really bad rooms upstairs. No elevators.

Rooms were really big, neat and clean. They provided all the facilities, such as free high speed internet, excellent staff they were really friendly and polite; they provided room service to me at 3am in the morning. The hotel has a generator that provides back up for all the rooms, even the AC plus all the AC were new. A very secure, homely and family orientated environment at very economical rates.

The Owner and Staff was very good and caring, food and security was excellent. Nice place to stay with your family.

Possibly the most convenient guest house in the area. 24 hours stand by generator and air conditioned. The staff is super friendly. Its a very homey environment as you can see the owner and his family there frequently. They even have wifi.

My family had a excellent stay, the rooms were very spacious, well decorated and clean. Management was friendly and very cooperative. One of the most important thing to point out is that the guests we met were either families like us visiting from overseas or cooperate officials. My family felt very secure in a homely environment.

Very comfert guest house

The owner was extremely arrogant, he has no respect for his own staff. The printed official rates that were given by his staff members to us, were different from what he told us verbally. When he got to know that his staff has already given us the rates, he abused his staff members and threw pen to his female staff and yelled at the poor lady very badly. Not recommended at all, if a person can not be respectful to his subordinates, he cant be respectful to anyone.

This Guest house isnt the biggest or luxurious but, its clean, reasonable price, very good service, friendly environment.Its at 5 min walking distance from Sarah fesal Road towards Railway track.
