You can call it Budget Hotel.Its v near to sea; under 200 meters.We rented full floor for convenience.Its 4 story small building .Every floor has 4 rooms.If you visit you can bargain good Deal.Best suited for individual traveling for work in Budget.If I would have traveling alone might give them 5 ; I stayed here with family.

Rooms are very small but they have maintained it well. Rooms are not having attached washrooms, cleanliness was okay but they have no management system there. I did not see reception or service boy there. Sea view is near by, food facility is not available around.

Wonderful place. Deserves more than 5 stars. Owner of this place is very decent, workers are very friendly. Very very clean place, furniture, even shared wash rooms with availability of electic lift. Owner of this place has taken personal interest to take care of every detail of the property. Beautiful sitting are, lighting and scenery of sea view from roof. But the most impressive thing i liked here was Prayers Mat (جائے نماز) which was delicate, beautiful and just like new which i havent seen in any other place before. With all these facilities, the room rents are very very reasonable. I will recommend everyone to stay on this place. I had really great experience

I am completely disappointed with this service. I made trip to karachi with my family and I have made booking in advance and I have also paid money to this motel on August. On September, when I reached to motel and it is completely different room and it wasnt that I am expecting it and I didnt asked for that room. So I have left motel and went to another hotel soon as possible. Then I have sent him msgs about my refund and it is been three weeks now. Why? It because he keep changing his words. It is enough now. And he keep saying ASAP. Let see how long this word ASAP will takes for my refund to get back to me. It is out of limit now. I will never use this motel again in future.It is not suitable for families to come to this motel but it might be suitable for single person to come to motel.
