Made us wait an hour before entertaining even after I had an appointment. .. poor management.Only 1 person who was attending to 3 facials. .she did my facial along with my mothers at the same time. .poor service was making us wait everytime she was attending another client. ..why did they book 3 appointments if they didnt have staff. ..The place was untidy and smelly. .the worst experience.
