Got manicure and pedicure done today. Very average quality cant even tell that something has been done. Last year it was really good but they have decreased the quality. Also got haircut and facial done last week. The haircut was good, Fayyaz is a good artist but the facial was pretty average especially at the price of 8500. Only few good employees others very unskillful. Will not recommend to any new comers. Only go if you know about any particular artist.

Got the back, head and shoulder massage. Was really good. Had my mom get the basic Guinot pedicure which was great. They were following sops altho still tad bit crowded.

Is a good decent place for hair care. The prices are a bit on the high side. My experience was mixed. One of my son was satisfied with what he asked for the other was not as he did not get the required cut and was only after the cut that he was told ithat the type of cut he wanted is not available, which I felt should have been conveyed in advance.

Loved it. My first time there and Ill keep going back. The staff was really polite and helpful. Not at all arrogant like some of the staff at salons are. And l loved the haircut. They put time and pay attention to detail. And in the times of covid, theyre taking the right precautions.

Poor poor customer service. I went there after reading reviews on their services and how nice the employees are but was so disappointed to see the girls there behaving like gossip aunties. If you dont mind them making faces behind your back and whispering among themselves then you might like this place. For me behavior of the employees matters most. Never experienced this at any other salon.. they sure do think highly of themselves

Going around anywhere during the pandemic has been a scary hassle. I wanted to get a haircut badly, I thought to try this place considering they are following all SOPs (as told by someone) and they were right. The salon is checking temperature as you enter, everyone was wearing a mask. They were following social distancing and sanitizer was at the counter as well. I loved their service, overall. I got a haircut from someone named Robin, cheers to him. Ive never got a haircut from anywhere except for Nabilas and they won my heart. It was my first ever trip here. Oh btw, they also offered tea/coffee and surprisingly they have additional flavours for coffee. Being a coffee addict, it was definitely a plus point. I see myself going there again for my next haircut. Great place. Fabulous service. Im satisfied!

The female salon is quite small with no separate rooms for massage. However, the quality of services is superb especially pedicure and back massage are 10/10

Visited for facial and full body massage. Relaxing environment and professional service. Massage was offered by Bunny with magic hands. Unfortunately, forgot the name of the person offered facial.Satisfied from service. However, they should more focus on cleanliness of towels and other related stuff. In addition, they should be courteous to offer welcome drink as the setup is there.Also they should strictly prohibited smoking inside the saloon!Recommended!

I suck at remembering names, but this fellow who did my pedicure is phenomenal. I had a dead skinned toe, and a corn in another toe. I dont have either now. My feet feel like feathers. Before that even if Id wear my leather shoes at work for about 6 hours Id come back home with sore feet and weird feeling thatd confuse me from going back to the same routine of work.After this pedicure which was called Medicated Pedicure, my feet feel anew.I highly recommend.Give it a try.

Started going here some years ago and have found the skills and services excellent. Mrs. Peng Qureshi is one of the oldest and best names in the business. Her son now runs the Tony and Guy salon in Lahore. The staff at Pengs receive regular training from both and are a more reasonably priced option for people in Karachi. I have found all the stylists/ designers to be top notch.

Had such an annoying experience at Pengs MACHS today!Called them at 11.04 a.m. and asked for an appointment for acrylics removal. They set it up for 12 p.m.12.04 I reach and they make me wait. They finally assign a staff to me who proceeds to gather tools and make me wait further - 12.30 is when they finally begin services.I had kept an hour for the appointment and had scheduled my car to pick up at 1 p.m. and they made me half hour late and I was done by 1.30When I complained at the reception they said time lagta hai services main. Maine kaha what is the point of scheduling an appointment at 12.00 when youre not going to accommodate someone till half an hour!They didnt even apologise. Their E street is much much better. Ill never go to this one again!

Visited MAHS branch for beard styling - was the worst experience I had since a long time. Inexperienced barber; my skin had been bleeding all the time. In addition, the beard shape was not as requested nor even appropriate at all. Although, I conveyed the message to staff members about unsatisfactory conduct, none of them actually cared. No member of management was also present for them to see what this barber had done to my beard. Bad decision to try this salon.
