The receptionists are very rude and make fun of you for no reason at all. They are charging too much for the services which are not worth it at all. Never going again. A person will just feel humiliated there.

Not recommended, go at your own risk they burned my eyelid with wax and blame my skin of being sensitive, very rude staff. WORST SERVICE.

The women inside the parlour were very rude and even though corona can be used as an excuse but still a customer is a customer. I was very disappointed and i will NEVER go there again and i also recommend people not to because it is very expensive. Even though i did not get my hair done they still charged my aunt for it after i left and never cleared it out, that i never got it in the first place. They were not allowing the brides sister (me) to even do my own makeup or wait for her there unless i was paying a huge amount or was the bride herself. They charged extra money for being late (issues can occur and fabiolla is at the north of karachi obvio it takes time)

Their staff is very well trained. Usually no waiting time. And the services are very good. Although not recommended for heavy bridal makeups. They have a 20% discount card available throughout the year which is valid on all services and makeups.

Shazia is the best makeup artist there.Great hair designers hub.All services provided are satisfactory however the rates r not pocket friendly

Some packages are also introduced on different things, so just hurry up and visit at the earliest to get benefit of the deals and packages. You (females) can also get the discount card which is valid for one year and by using it you can have a discount of 20% on all the stuff. So, be the first to grab the card and avail of the opportunity.

Great facials but the manicure and pedicures are mediocre and over priced. The facials by Shehnaz are the best, ask for her and go on the day time. She does an excellent job plus they have facial beds and brilliant experiences. The henna here is overpriced too but I dont like hunting for good henna artists so I get a bit done from here when needed, I.e. for my nikah I got 500 per side henna.
