One of the best salon experience we had as a family. Their services was on point. Very professional staffed and they were mandating covid policies. Usha did my daughters hair cut and dip dye absolutely amazing results. She did my hair color as well. My son was very happy with his type of hair cut. We used Facial And pedicure services along with facial.Ravi had the nicest attitude. He patiently worked with my family to make sure we all got what we wanted with a very short notice. Highly recommend.

HeyToday i had a haircut at their Flagship Store with their Top Stylist WaseemNo doubt he was very professional but the amount they charged was unbelievable!I have been taking their services from last 5-6 years and i know they are expensive but no issues in paying such hefty amount coz they actually pamper your hair and the haircut you get in the end is highly satisfied!But after COVID-19 i went first time and they charged me 5,540 for a haircut which was ok for me but when i checked the bill so there was mentioned 5,040 so after asking them why u deducted extra 500 which is not mentioned in a bill so got to know 500 was of HYGIENE KIT!Now let me tell you what Hygiene Kit was: just a 10Rs. Local surgical Mask and disposable Hair towel and they charged 500 for thisIsn’t it Unbelievable! And oh yeah that kit was mandatory! I went inside wearing my own mask and that towel should be part of their services!Totally disappointed today and i must tell you plz try some other ways to take extra money from your clients!Such a big name and such a low attitude! Unbelievable and unprofessional!Every big n small company are giving away masks and taking care of hygiene but not charging a SINGLE PENNYYES NOT EVEN A SINGLE PENNY!N i know my post will be ignored or deleted from here but everyone should know about it and I’ll use other platforms to tell peopleSorry but not sorry!

Great experience and a great job by the team. Wasim and Naeem did a great job. If you want your hair to be trimmed, just shortened, faded or shaved, this is the place to be. They offer many more services but I can only speak for what I have tried.

Liked the hair stylist. Paid 5500 for a senior stylist. She gave me a good haircut and a lovely blow dry.

The only downside to coming here is that you won’t be able to go anywhere else again. Clean, great service and amazing haircuts for men. Cannot recommend enough!

Losers. I called them to have consultation for my wife to which they said that you can come anytime for it. I traveled from North Karachi to Clifton only to be returned home by their shameless receptionist who told me that you should have called for consultation. He didnt even feel aplogoetic or offered any help and shamelessly asked me to leave.I posted this complaint on their official Facebook page and they deleted the post. LMAO. So much for this brand image.

I think the owners are keeping a low profile to evade taxes.the Facility is large and have ample parking on the road outside.staff is efficient and courteous and guided me well.Now be prepared to be shocked when you look at the rate card, a simple haircut would set you back 3500 Rs

I went there for a haircut. However, there doesnt seem to be a sign there indicating their name anymore. It took me a while to find out where the outlet was.The people were pretty professional, although not the standard of service I was expecting to.I liked my haircut and people actually noticed how good it looked.

I had a regular men’s haircut at this Toni & Guy location earlier today and it was definitely a 5 star experience.The owner, Saeeda was luckily there at the time I went and she was helpful to adhere to what I personally wanted. The hairstylist, Vaseem took his time and was sure to listen to any concerns I had along the way.After shampooing he gave me a new hairstyle that I was very happy with and some advice how I can replicate it. I will be sure to come back the next time I need a haircut and would recommend the salon to anyone looking for excellence!

Lady at counter was very rude asked her about a haircut and she didnt know what I was talking about. Asked her if I could get a haircut when I went in she said no even though no one was busy and the shop was completely empty. I expected better from an international brand never going to Toni and Guy anywhere in the world again

Toni and guy is one of the cleanest most efficient and upscale salons in karachi. Pre eid me and my son both went to get haircut and were met with staff which was not just happy to give us a haircut but people who understood us and guided us with a focus on customer care. These guys are the best so would recommend this service to anyone.

The manicure I got gave me blisters I guess the things they were using weren’t sterilized and I wasn’t satisfied by the mani pedi I got cause’ I paid 5000 rs. for it and it wasnt worth 500 rs.My mother got a massage and the masseuse was so bad all she did was complain about her manager and no work my mother has scars after the massage that really says it all. I recommend you not to go here it’s the worse salon I’ve ever been to.

Called them for keratin treatment i asked for price range, suggestions with regards to length but the lady was keep insisting on to visit so they can give information they wont disclose the price over the phone so i asked to get an appointment she said in dolmin mall we are open until 11 just pass by we will check and do the treatment i repeat if they gonna work right away without any appointments she said juat pass by no appointment, n when i went there around 730pm first she refused that i have talked to someone she said oh my girls are busy they will not finish before 9 n your work gonna take more thn 3 hrs so we cant do it she handed over me visiting card n said call n come tomorrow.She was so arrogant. I used to go to tony n guy when i was in gulf countries if thru brought this brand to pakistan they should hire someone who understand what the cuatomer need specially when i asked to get an appointment by myself she refused n then asking to come.. Its just wow
