A very comfortable place for official or family stay with negotiable rentals in an expensive vicinity. Contact persons are very cooperative. Excellent ambiance. Rooms are comfortable and washrooms are neat and clean. Safe indoor car parking. Staff is cooperative.Overall excellent experience .

This is somehow like 2 or 3 star hotel. Hotel is neat & clean with cooperative staff. There is no ramp in main entrance but there is small sharp ramp inside the inner gate. Not accessable for handicap people.

Had a reasonable stay at this hotel, room is comfortable and clean. Management is professional and courteous. Room service was easily available. I was provided with extension cord for accessibility. This place is in the heart of Karachi with easy access to main shopping centers including Tariq Road shopping center with in ten minutes reach.Must stay for those looking for safe, clean and reasonable place. I am going to be repeat customer.

My experience with this guest house was average. Room service is good. Brake fast and laundry service are available however for lunch and dinner order need to be placed which take 1 to 2 hour time

Though I booked this place for my guests, but as per their experience and my observation, found this place really good. To me its good value for money. I think if little bit more is efforts on services and hiring some trained staff for house keeping and room service, they could offer much better customer experience.

It is a reasonable place to stay and prices are also reasonable. However, quality of quilts or blankets is not so good as it was few years back. Staff is very cooperative and service is also quick. Free WIFI is available. If you want to be live on average budget, I am suggesting to opt for this place.

Cleanliness inside the rooms was an issue. Insects were freely roaming around which I reported three times but no action by the management. If this issue is overcome then it is nice, economical and centrally located place to stay in Karachi.

Bedside lamps had no bulbs. Rates are reasonable though. There is 24 hour security which makes you feel safe. All in all a good place. I will stay again if I visit Karachi in future

I stayed along with my family for four days. It’s a very friendly, secure and decent place to live in. There room service is incredible. I have been to Karachi a number of time and have stayed from the five star hotels to country clubs but the food I enjoyed at Royal Inn is beyond explication. My felicitations to the management and expectations to keep it up.

We had a brief stopover and we were returning from an international flight. Location is good, in the street next to Karachi Food. So the food is not a problem. Parking is thin. Hotel rooms are of average size with not much of an exciting interior or furniture. Bath rooms are messy with old fixtures.Biggest issue is power failure, they back it up with a generator but the noise troubles a lot.Not recommended except for an emergency.

Good place to stay, even for business trip. Rooms and washrooms are clean. The owner, Imran, is a cooperative person, and helped me find a place to stay elsewhere when he got overbooked. I stayed there with my family as well, once. If I have to suggest someone to get a guest house in Karachi, then Royal Inn is my top suggestion.

The stars are going from 2 to 4, missing one cos the bathrooms could use a little more space and upgradeApril 2018, they’re still under construction so don’t expect a peaceful sleep after 6 am. The room has mosquitos and the bathrooms are very small.However, they’re getting better and that’s what the construction is for.You get what you pay for peeps... bargain to your hearts content...

Rip off prices, we were charged an extra 8000rs ($80) because apparently someone had been drinking juice from the reception. Beds were stained, toilets dirty and the floors covered in hair. Receptionist had no interest and just wanted to watch tv the whole day. Reception smells heavily of cigarettes, and walking in, you start gagging from the foul smell. Wouldnt recommend.

I stayed here in ROYAL INN GUEST HOUSE. It’s such a luxury room, 24 hours ac on. Ferrari ki speed vala wifi. Extremely good services.

Access is easy as located just behind Karachi Food but in a very crowded place. Below avg rooms. Service is good.

I stayed at this guesthouse for 2 weeks back in November 2017.This wasn’t my first choice but my trip was sudden and I couldn’t find anything suitable on hotel booking sites. I was travelling with my family and this seemed somewhat decent from the limited pictures that were available online.I was a bit disappointed with the location initially but everything changed when I went in and met Imran Cheema who looks after the place with his family and staff. He showed me the room I had booked and then recommended i get an upgrade which would be more suitable for the family. The family room was huge with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa set. They even accommodated an extra mattress for an additional guest for some nights at a fairly nominal charge.Breakfast was included as part of the lodging. You have the option of either going with omelet/paratha or bread with butter/jam along with tea. The portion sizes are quite filling. They also serve lunch and dinner as part of the room service.On the first day, I was a bit unhappy with the cleanliness of the room and Imran immediately sorted that out by sending the cleaners. The second day I complained about the bathroom and that was immediately addressed as well. The support staff are extremely helpful and cooperative. If you need anything, they send it to the room straightaway. They even catered for my odd requests here and there.The guesthouse is always guarded by security personnel. The location is fantastic. The purpose of our trip was do some shopping for an upcoming wedding in the family and we were surprised that the guesthouse was centrally located in Karachi. It took us roughly 10 minutes to get to Tariq road (shopping district) which considering the city’s traffic is absolutely amazing.The guesthouse can even arrange a rental car if requested and we used this facility on two separate occasions during our stay. The price was fairly nominal as well.Don’t judge the place based on your first impression. I changed my mind within 24 hours and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to lodge in Karachi.

BEWARE. These guys just changed their name from Royal inn guest house to Royal Inn Hotel Apartment. Im guessing they did this due to all the bad reviews. This place is horrible place to stay and they staff is as rude as they come. I stayed here in sept of 2016. I was originally scheduled to stay there for 12 days with family but left after a few hours because of their horrible service. After promising a family room, when i got there it was not available anymore. I had talked to owner multiple times prior to arriving and he assured me the room would be available. When i tried to clal the owner when the room was not available, he not only did not pick up my call, but never called me bacl. Then they gave me an my family (three other people) a room with one bed for the reminder of the night. The next morning room still was not ready and they had the audacity to charge me for the room. Do not stay here and dont be fooled by the name change. Quality of the rooms are horrible and staff is beyond rude.

Just visited the place. Didnt stay there. Looked neat & tidy. Couldnt check the rooms but my guess is they should be OK. Also met the owner Mr. Javaid Lakhani who seemed like a nice guy. The only drawback was its location. The place seemed a bit congested.

Nice and clean place and have moderate rent for it but little slow serving. Nice security but little delay on laundry and have little selection of food and space for parking as its not large as its others competitors but had a nice experience and night.

I stayed there around 2 years back . The staff was rude . They picked me up from the airport alongwith my wife. Upon reaching the guesthouse they demanded to see the nikah nama . I told them that we are a newly married couple and the nikah nama is not there currently . They kicked us out of the gueshouse and charged us double for the pickup. Worst experience of my life . Please dont stay here .
