With the price they are offering and the location of this place, i would give it 4 Stars. A good low cost affordable place for staying close to the beach. The locality is very lively so its not a place if you prefer some solitude. But the location gives you access to all the go-to places in karachi. Finding transportation is easy 24-7.Things that need improvement;1- Bathrooms should have some more ventilation.2- Not all Rooms have adequate place to hang your ironed clothes. If they do then you cannot find hangers.3- No ironing facility inside the hotel however you can have your clothes pressed from the market downstairs on payment.4- kitchenette is generally messy and dirty.

Excellent location and rates as well and specially salman front desk man he is polite honest and co-operative

A decent enough place, nothing special, the vicinity it is in is supreme, right next to Dolmen Mall.

The hotel and services are good. 24 hours providing service with smiley face and very reasonable.

Electricity was not Available all over in Karachi due to Heavy rain, but Mr. Irfan and other Hotel Staff provide Electricity Generator Amazing Service

This is my first visit at this Seaview hotel. It was reallly pleasant stay.I find this hotel an excellent place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel to stay to anyone coming to Karachi. Neat and clean rooms with facilities, highly secure, excellent room service, cooperative staff and hotel management at par excellence. Wish them all the very best.!

Location is only thing that is good but the building is old and rooms are small breakfast not up to the level and rate is expensive. Over all not recommended

Exceptional ambiance, Rome was well kept, furnished with excellent and clean furniture and fabrics. Staff was so nice that I cannot explain in words they are always on toes to help you out, Mehmood , azan , Nasir and another room boy I forgot the name was so helpful , keep on smiling n always available to support. Well done guys keep it up. You guys are the true face of your city. I highly recommend this place for very memorable experience.

Its an awesome place to say I would recommend everyone to stay here. They give you many facilities and the stay would be perfect. I hope you also would not be disappointed as they treat you very well. Opposite side of the hotel theres one of the biggest malls in Pakistan. I would just say that THE HOTEL SEAVIEW is the BEST..
