The place is very relaxing and have many things which people like to see in their own house

It is one of the best private farm house of Karachi with indoor games , playing area , garden , zoo. Residential area is also very good. It was our 2nd visit here and this time we also paid for meal (dinner , breakfast and lunch) and honestly we were wondering why we didnt do it the first time we visited. Meal was fantastic. It surpassed our expectations. Pool is gigantic with an underground room attached where you can take underwater photos. All in all its a great place to visit or you can also arrange a party or wedding.

I can’t describe my true feeling in a single review, what a special time that we had for one night at Rani Empire, I had read a review of Farmhouse a couple of days ago and put it on my short list of places to visit, and we finally had a chance for it. One of the things that you recognize immediately is that Farmhouse is large and it’s beautiful. They pay attention to every detail, but we felt comfortable the whole time - it didnt matter what we were wearing or what car we were driving, the goal of Farmhouse is clearly to provide guests with a perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy the area. During our short stay, every person we came across was friendly and helpful. Starting with Grant who took us to our room and gave us the rundown on the property and how to work the features in the room, the pool, the gardens, the zoo, the indoor play area, the cricket ground, the pool window room, the kitchen, the washrooms, the pond, the parking area and the environment, everything was neat and clean,no pests or cats / dogs found in the premises. The room itself was phenomenal - large and comfortable with upscale yet comfortable features. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. So, in the end, our time was incredibly relaxing and peaceful and we cant wait to come back. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the high-quality service.

Its a wonderfully constructed farm house with all kind of facilities available and a pool to enjoy for youngsters and old.

Very good but extensive but worth. A must try for water sports lovers, this is something you are not going to find much in Pakistan. Try at your own risk though as in Pakistan not much trainers for proper guidance of such sports are available. Keep up to all the security stuff and follow all guidelines. You will enjoy for sure. So if you are going to this place any sooner or later, do give it a try as this is something youll never ever forget. Highly recommended for families and friends. Happy sporting.

To be Honest I recently visit Rani Empire and its not a luxury farmhouse as people described it and they are charging too much cost. Talk about Indoor Games (Snooker, Dubbo, Ludo) all of them need maintenance and they Dont even have Patti. They dont even provide the necessary thing. I dont know why it is called a four-star hotel which doesnt have even a cinema room. Sheesha is not allowed there, They will provide you their terms and Condition which have more than 30 points and in the end, you need to accept it. If you dont leave the farmhouse at your agreed time they will charge you 10000 per hour. You can say Its a luxury farm house from their own end.

Pathetic place.. too much expensive and facilities they are offering is worth only 40k to 50K.. why they are charging so much even their standard is near 2 star no proper cutlery.. washrooms are not fully functional.. 3rd class snooker table no foosball table.. wont recommend even i got a free pass

Great Place

Construction and decoration wise Rani Empire Farmhouse is one of the best farmhouses in Karachi.But, service wise management needs to learn and improve a lot. In the vicinity K-Electric power mostly remain unavailable. Backup power arrangements of farmhouse do not cover ACs installed in the indoor area; which is purely constructed to remained air conditioned. Due to which during power failure; indoor areas including bedrooms and gaming areas get extremely suffocated and hot and become absolutely unbearable.If management improves services and power arrangements, then farmhouse will surely get 5 stars.

Best farm house ...

Issues with electricity is horrible. Do confirm the generator is OK or not because you could face horrible electricity situation.

Number of rooms should be increased. Otherwise very good place

Beautiful place for family.Big swimming pool and mini zoo with cricket ground is main attraction. But Air conditioning setup not working in the rooms, need improvement in this regards.Otherwise cleanliness and every thing was good :)

Rani Empire is a very fancy farm house tbh. It is not located far from the city so there are no as such security issues, and inside they have everything you need for a fun filled farm day

It was my second visit at rani farm house but sorry to say that farm house is not beng maintained properly. No plan to go there again till they maintain it properly.

The place is nice, its huge with its own zoo apparently, the animals are amazing to look at but when you enter the farmhouse itself it seems that its more of a zoo then a farmhouse. The space is big but theres something unsettling about it. Its great for a group of people even families but when it comes to events they charge wayyyy too much and I think its just ridiculously expensive for the portion of the place youll be using

Good farm house. Have a large variety of animals specially deers. Cricket ground is small but seems ok when you are on a family picnic. Need to have more rides for kids as there is only one slide which is also not very good for kids. Tigers and the 4 cubs looked well fed as well as all other animals.

The Raniempire farm house is a good place for picnic. Especially if its only boys .. not very suitable for family as there is only one swimming pool for the boys. And the ladies are not suggested to enter in that. Anyhow if the point of view of seeing the Rare and exotic Lions and other animal. This place got some very good collection out there in the contesting farm houses. In the end I would say that get a booking well before time and get your things packed before going. Good luck . Excellent facility, very well maintained compared to other similar resorts in the city.Their management is a bit rigid, and there is a real communication gap between the office team and the resort team.The rent charges are on the higher side. They allow a maximum of 40 persons. Additional members are charged at PKR 1000 / head.

I just lovr rani empire it is covering a very large area and swimming pool is so awsom and big fresh waer also there is a under water room of pool. There are alot of animals in the ranis zoo lion also.

Extremely non professional Management/Owner.The mentality of the Owner is as he is Superior from anyone.Height of bad manners and rudeness.Generator backup wasnt available all the time.At the time of leaving the Farm you have to pay Bhatta(1500/) to the Guards.Otherwise they will threat you for False Police case.I will strongly advice to avoid from going there.

A best ever farm house in Karachi but visit there in day to seen the nature.

Not recommended for families as its not clean and staff is not cooprative at all.We have checked out before our time ends. On our Next trip we went to Lakeside Resort karachi. It was much better place at a very nice price too

Worst experience, they are charging too much and facilities are Zero.They said that they have accommodation of 40 persons, and it can be for 80 persons also, but believe me they have only 2 rooms, 1 common and 25 to 30 local third class mattress.Dont book this farm house before visiting, they are doing fraud by telling too much lies. No Standby generator facility, they started generator after 1 hour,... Filthy Business...

Its getting worst day by day. They just left the care. Pools water is dirtier, children play area had no rides.

The overall experience was bad as the basic things like electricity, deep freezer etc were not working. Following is the list of issues:-ves1. There was no light 70% of the time with backup generator not operational2. Deep freezer wasnt working so drinks/water bottles were at room temperature.3. Too many flies4. Crockery not clean5. No auditorium or conference room (in case of a meeting or presentation)6. Untrained staff, no area guide etc+ves:1. Nice ambiance and zoo2. Pool was in good standard3. Rooms were clean4. Small cricket ground.Based on above points you may select the farmhouse however the cost doesnt justify it.
