Stay was quite comfortable. Staff at all levels is supportive. Breakfast is average. Access to place is bit tricky due to blockage of streets within Clifton block 4. Overall what you pay is what you get. All equals, no grief. The best part is punctual pick and drop from airport.

Over very quiet place. People who love silanc must visit.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and was utterly disappointed at the services provided. The tea served was usually substandard and I had to resort to getting tea outside. The staff would always skip restocking toiletries, and my room would reek of something pungent much multiple times during my stay just after the staff had cleaned the room

A reasonable place on budget. If purpose is to spend restful nights then its recommended. Basic room service and rent a car amenities available only. For luxury services like spa and massage, one needs to head out. Located near dolmen mall Clifton, its approachable by walk or car.

Peaceful n high security area, nice atmosphere, luxurious room, feels like home contrary to traditional hotels it is a banglow. Walking distance from dolman mall, surrounded by dozens of quality restaurants, gives very different look of Karachi. Great value for money. Highly recommended for family n business stay.

Very poor services unlike their hotel branch in Multan and Lahore. I visited them in Ramzan and was extremely disappointed with their food services. Whereas my experience in Hotel one Multan was awesome.

Its a well managed guest house. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem I faced was internet that can become very slow at times.

Chain of PC hotel. Nice, clean good service. Nothing outside. 10 mins walk to nearest hyperstar but in Karachi walking especially in evening hous is not recommended due to snatching on roads.

Rooms were neat and clean. But view from the window was so so. Location is not good. It is in residential area.

It was not a hotel but rather a guest house. It was clean but there was no air-conditioning in the lobby areas or cafe area, which does not serve anything other then breakfast. The breakfast was not like a buffet breakfast but rather a mediocre breakfast with only options of bread, omelette, fried eggs, tea, juice and paratha, which for you will have to wait for around fifteen mins minimum for a regular toast and omelette. I ordered paratha and omelette and had to wait for forty mins for that one.

Good place. Well deciplined and cooperative staff. Walking distance from dolwin mall and awesome food cafes. Rooftop rooms are small though compared to their other rooms which are really tidy and top of the line.

A nice hotel if you are not looking for luxury. Location is an upscale town of Karachi having access to the biggest shopping mall to food streets fashion street to beach and some great upscale Steak Houses. Managed by the Hashwani Group that owns the 5 Star Hotel Chains of Marriott and Pearl Contnental.

Its not a hotel, its just like a house modified a bit to meet the basic level of Hotel. No lobby, no pool, no dining hall and no proper entrnace available for guest

It is nice and clean budget hotel.

Very comfortable; clean, courteous, polite and efficient staff; safe and secure. Wi-Fi is just ok. I would always prefer to stay here than in any hotel in Karachi.

Unlike Hotel One at Islamabad the one at Karachi in much inferior in providing facilities and amenities. The breakfast is sub-standard whereas no facility is available in the rooms for preparing tea or coffee. Apparently it is because it is franchised.

One of the best i have visited so far

The room have a attached bathroom with no proper ventilation, to keep the air in and out I had to keep my window open and it was cold outside.The room have a common door to the back room from which gossips of other occupants were echoing in my room too.They are charging high just because of the Clifton area ,Its a 8 roomed house in a residential street without even a commercial sign board on it.

Very unprofessional staff

The water pressure pump is a nuisance, it roars every minute or two for half a minute to give the guests sleepless nights. Otherwise it is ok. The room rent, however, is steep for the kind of lodgings provided.
