One of best hotels in Karachi. Had a really time there. Comfy beds and pillows. Good rooms service, buffet breakfast. Loved the indoor temperature controlled pool and gym. Free airport pick and drop is very convenient

Rooms need to be sound proof; lots of noise auditable most of the time.The staff seem to be apathetic.By mistake if your box of face mask is left in your car and it has been parked somewhere by the valet server, for entry youll neither be cooperated by valet service nor security staff.

The Hotel needs serious revamping, from the carpets in the halls to the furniture in the rooms, they are all old and stained and it leaves a horrible impression on guests (particularly those coming from abroad). The rooms also need more sound proofing as you can hear other guests laughing and talking through the walls and the doors of the room making it impossible at times to be able to get a good sleep. My sleep was interrupted several times by sounds of other guests laughing or talking.

It was my first time in karachi city and I thought PC would be nice but Extremely sorry, Its so boring. Rooms are not nice looks very old and lobby has no entertainment. They did not allowed to use pool n gym as well and you cant sleep i was hearing a very loud music people shouting in the next rooms doing parties etc. Not recommended for businessmen or families as well this place.

Spent one night, hotel is good,but because of covid restaurant closed, they are serving food in open area weather is little cool.swiming pool also close temporarily due to covid.

Tried Thai pan chinese restaurant, the food was great, however they stopped the buffet which was not good

Hotel is lovely but its the staff that make it such a special place. Beautifully updated rooms and friendly and knowledgeable staff here. Chandni restaurant at Pearl Continental Karachi is one of the best places in the city when it comes to the ambience. The outdoor setup is quite dignified and looks surreal on a balmy winter night.Mr Hasan, the manager is extremely friendly and accommodating.The only thing to know is that this place is quite expensive. PKR 7300 for two persons including the buffet, a water bottle and two drinks.

To say that the Hi tea at Marco Polo was pathetic will be an understatement. It was much worse than that. For the amount of money they are charging, the variety was quite low (4 to 5 savory dishes, 1 chat corner and 1 dessert bar). More importantly the food was absolutely tasteless and the desserts were greasy and smelly. Despite paying so much, we ended up staying only for a few mins as the food, service levels were virtually unbearable

I tried their bakery boutique cake 2lb(with vouch 365 buy one get one free) it was delicious., specially their strawberry cheese moose cake., unfortunately they dont pile up much stock ready., so if you wanna try make sure to place your order one day before., same goes for their cookies n other bakery items.,

Despite Covid 19 the hotel management managed everything perfectly. The decorations were beautiful as well. All Christmas themed. Recommend to every person living in Karachi!

The room was not at all hygienic, the room fridge was very dirty with fungus growing inside. This was also pointed out to the hotel staff at check out. When a customer pays premium for a 5 star hotel, these things are totally unacceptable. I would appreciate if this is taken care of immediately.

Best location, great staff and breakfast buffet.Taking Covid seriously.Need to clean/replace sofa sets/chair upholstery in the rooms and in the lobby/coffee shop.Exit from the hotel is blinded by the plants and is an accident waiting to happen or most likely have happened. Please get those trees removed and install a traffic viewing mirror also for safe exit from the hotel.Some of the front desk female staff need more training in professionalism and competence.Overall good experience but I just mentioned a few areas that need improvement.Thanks.

It is an huge hotel. Ideal for meeting, seminar, events. In my opinion it is too crowd. I Cant feel relaxed. Also staff are too many and always annoying with the same question about how is the food, how is the service.... Guests need relax, their privacy.If they need something they will ask. Dont you know that? HahaThere are several restaurantsUsually are fine.Try to avoid the chinese restaurant. Its really low quality food. And the environment and atmosphere not cozy at all.Pity because I like Chinese food.The Japanese restaurant is little expensive for the food quality. But it have enough choiceThe steak house restaurant... Really small and dark. But meat is goodWater is always a problem in Pakistan.Also here the tap water smells and not cleanSo when take shower it doesnt give too good feeling. But.All of this is because Im rating a 5 star hotel. But I know Pakistan people have many other problems to care.. Then luxury hotels. Wish they could have a better life soon.

Great service. Im very grateful for their services, they have rescued me and my team from office to hotel under difficult conditions of heavy rainfall. Stay there for overnight and left in morning. Hotel ambience and services are excellent. Highly recommend for stay and dine out.

The hotel deserves every cent of money. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, awesome breakfast. Staff was amazing specially reception management was too good. I stayed there for a week. Food at all the restaurants there was amazing specially with live music. Roof top desi meal was really tasty.

Horrible experience when i came to visit a freind my car was hit by the ramp as it is very unprofessionly built....pls look into this and reconstruct it.

We stay at 7th floor, every thing is excellent, specially services are great. But Wash rooms are very small in size, this is the only draw back in my opinion. Shower space was very congested and a small size tub was installed

I dined out at sakura with family and the food was excellent. It was my first experience of trying out sushi and i am totally in love with the burst of flavors it had. Chicken tiryaki was love too. The sauses are absolutely flavorsome.

Great to see theyre still serving buffets in COVID days even though other hotels have suspended their operations for gathering people. Although they can open while making SOPs must but no buffets but those restaurants providing as single servings like the regular menus.

I’ve been there recently to check in. Before arriving at the premises I called their front desk to inquire what are the requirements to check in, as per their “DUTY MANAGER” he said we just have to pay 16000+ Taxes, the total was around 18k that’s it. Since it was my first visit to Pakistan and I directly took a cab to P.C. karachi from Airport. But the moment I entered the hotel they gave me a total different story about the payment which was 18k + taxes and a security deposit of 10k which I was unaware/untold about. None of their representatives told me over the call despite 3 inquiry calls and neither on their website. Although I was ready to pay that amount but the the way the gentleman replied when I told him that none you guys informed me about this. Eventually I was too disappointed with the management’s irresponsible behavior and I had to cancel my reservation.

Its all been stranded due to covid, marcopolo was closed, rest were very calm.

Good Hotel, very good management with good people and environment.

Only two things found satisfactory:1. The singer singing Mehdi Hasan.2. Services to the table (as you dont have to wait on que).

Very luxurious but potentially boring. Might need more options to level the experience up.

Stayed for 5 nights and a very good experience overall with nice ambiance and courteous staff. Room was clean and perfectly made every day. In terms of food, I had only breakfast at hotel which was good with a lot of options available. Laundary services can be improved by extending its timings.

Chenking in is very laborius and boring. Waiting time is half an hour to one hour. once i have to cancel my booking due to this delay and my family got annoyed.Over all stay was comfortable. Recommend for stay provided registeration desk should be rectified.
