There are 3 Private Units in Arabian Farmhouse and we have gone through there all units.Unit 1 and Unit 3 is good for family and Unit 2 is good for boys because of the huge ground near to unit 2. The dealing was done smoothly and they were given all the facilities they have told us and shown us.Arabian Farmhouse Karachi is the best farmhouse in Karachi because they never lie to customers .

Good Place for Family Picnic love the cozy environment there. Every thing is in good condition specially the swimming pool and barbeque area. I would recommend Arabian farmhouse Karachi to all. The people who booked the farmhouse are honest and clear all the things we will be getting there and that’s how everyone want to deal with anyone.

There three Arabian units. We got unit one. Wasnt well-maintained. Turned on AC just for 2 hours. Pool wasnt clean. They didnt change water or turned on AC even upon asking and we threatened that we will not stay here and go back but they didnt care.Somehow we spent night but in the morning it was unbearably hot outside and there was nowhere to hide. We just wanted to leave which we did.Only dabbu game is in good condition, patti game is playable. No snooker/billiard. No covered dining/sitting area outside.

Overall good place to enjoy picnic. Pool depth is good for the boys garhering but for family its too deep in the beginning as well. One bad thing about farm is that there is a consistent smell which makes environment unpleasant. Otherwise it has everything that they promised to deliver.

Cleanliness was not upto the mark. Rooms and kitchen were just OK. Swimming pool was good but the water was salty. Ground and pitch was another major attraction.

This farmhouse is pathetic..... its pathetic beyond words.... our entire picnic was spoilt....... water in the pool was not clean... there was a chicken shed nearby that made the air unbearable........ a dead lizard was found in the pool water...... staff was rude ..... no AC in the rooms.... kitchen facilities were in pathetic condition...... left the premises in 2.5 hours.... never got a refund.

The entire staff was service-oriented and they bent over backwards making sure our stay was wonderful. The Catering tastings in the afternoon were generous. Brothers, this farmhouse is next to the poultry farm. There is a strong stench of chicken feed, the location is also very bad and poor maintenance

RUINED THE FAMILY PICNIC booked this last Saturday thought to enjoy with family but totally disappointed with all arrangements when we entered there was no light all dark and very scary place to reach.swimming pool was dirty with smelly water called the guy but he said its raining we cant change as we dont have electricity....all games were dirty with insects crawling creeping sensation no security guard..we wanted to come back ASAP but to come back in night with children was a nightmare as well

I celebrated my birthday at the Arabian Farmhouse on a trip I had to Pakistan and its now my new favorite vacation place in Pakistan. We were in Unit 1, which is perfect for events and family picnics. The owners have thought of everything. Perfect Place for a midday snack or lunch to enjoy by the pool. There were three bedrooms 2 bedrooms with AC and two swimming pools as well. Garden was lush green and the whole farmhouse was well maintained.

Great Farmhouse. Enjoyed a lot with my colleague. Honest people. Lost my glasses and received exactly the way I left. Thank you management for that.

I have stayed and booked this farmhouse several times but one thing is for sure this farmhouse gets renovated Frequently and they add new things at farmhouse as well, I really loved Arabian Farmhouse Karachi and the staff greet me with such enthusiasm, kindness, excitement, and helpfulness. We were on their Unit 1 which has pretty spacious space and the swimming pool, cricket ground was amazing and beautiful.

Stayed one night at Arabian Farmhouse as a small family and had an amazing experience, I cannot wait to go back and stay longer! Hoping for a visit in the warmer months in order to enjoy the pool and lovely patio areas. The room was beautiful - classic charm.

I can’t describe my true feeling in a single review, what a special time that we had for one night at Arabian Farmhouse, but it was best stated as we were leaving, and my wife said, I dont want to leave this place. I had read a review of Farmhouse a couple of years ago and put it on my short list of places to visit, and we finally had a chance for a night stay. One of the things that you recognize immediately is that Farmhouse is large and it’s beautiful. They pay attention to every detail, but we felt comfortable the whole time - it didnt matter what we were wearing or what car we were driving, the goal of Farmhouse is clearly to provide guests with a perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy the area. During our short stay, every person we came across was friendly and helpful. Starting with Grant who took us to our room and gave us the rundown on the property and how to work the features in the room, Special thanks to person who went to town to get roti when we just wanted to stay in our room for dinner. The room itself was phenomenal - large and comfortable with upscale yet comfortable features. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed my coffee in the morning watching the hens. So, in the end, our stay at the Arabian Farmhouse was incredibly relaxing and peaceful and we cant wait to come back. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the high-quality service.

We comprehensively enjoyed our stay. The bed rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast and lunch menu was very good too. The staff are very helpful. We will definitely return to The Arabian Farmhouse. The views are amazing and very relaxing. Tremendously clean swimming pools

Best farm house for male gatherings at reasonable price

We spent 1 wonderful nights here! The room was immaculate, well designed and spacious. Loved the cleanest swimming pool. The grounds were beautiful! The staff and management was very, very helpful.it was worth every penny!

We had spent the lovely days at Arabian Farmhouse. The Farmhouse place is stunning. I love everything about this place, the entrance with the Ducks and birds, the walkways to the different rooms, the big and Cleanest Swimming pool and the Cricket Ground.The Bed Rooms were gorgeous and everything was neat.And I haven’t even mentioned the Catering Service. That needs a separate review.The rooms are spacious and beautiful and we were lucky to get both Ac rooms with an outdoor patio. If you are in Karachi I would highly recommend this place, you will not regret it.

We stayed in Arabian farmhouse unit 2 which is very spacious and could easily house a family of four. The view from our unit on the swimming pool was unsurpassed. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The hosting manager went out of her way to help us plan a wonderful holiday and the rest of the staff was welcoming and very friendly. Very good catering service as well.

I didn’t have high expectations upon arrival, but they were friendly, prompt, helpful and courteous. This was my familys FIRST trip to Farmhouse in Karachi ever and the staff of Arabian Farmhouse really made it special. Thank you Sameer and others. May Allah SWT bless you. Stayed here for 1 days! Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, I have stayed at other farmhouse near Baqai University but this one is top notch.Room was clean, farmhouse catering was great and swimming pool was neat and clean.

Big Noooo.. Too dirty and chlorinated water.Swimming pools have sharp edges on both on the upper side path and under water.. My younger brother got big cut in his right feet due to sharp edges. Farm Management is worlds biggest lIER, their AC always out of order after reaching point, we experienced this, as same thing happened with my friends family. Moreover, no ventilation in rooms which causes too hot temp. Servants quarter also in the farm and all the time servants were present on the quarters roof despite of asking again and again to not to come on the roof without permission which causes Bepardagi.We booked farm for 12 hours but due to all this we leave in just 8 hours.. and last thing too many lizards in the rooms and in the lawn

We stayed with our office colleages, it was a wonderful experience, it is very well maintained feels like more comfortable than home, we got all facilities on tips. I wish can visit more and more, we loved the polution free very large area of lush greenery in such economical value.

There were alot of miscommittment by the management. The AC was not working the dispenser was not working the place was dirty and as a bonus there was alot of load shedding

It was a bad experience bcz worst of all was the rotten ,dirty unbearable chicken poultry farm smell was there was a chicken feedfactory behind the farm house so it made difficult to breath fan were insufficient it was too hot grass was not good there should be extra thakt to sit outside bcz we were there to enjoy sitting on chairs was uncomfortable overall it was .y worst experience of any farmhouse visit

The guest house is average. There are improvements that need to be attended to. There is brackish water in the water tank/pool in the rest rooms making the simple act of brushing teeth or bathing unpleasant.

I have been to Arabian Farmhouse Unit 2 multiple times. They have good space for everything. Separate bbq area, separate sitting area, big cricket ground, clean swimming pool everytime. The good part is they keep on renovating the farm for customers feasibility. Highly recommended.

The catering we got was only the flies that kept eating off our hard earned food. The smell in this place is rancid and f**** toxic. Please stay away from this place.

We found The Arabian Farmhouse on venuebazaar.pk and chose it for one day for farmhouse picnic. The Prices were 40 thousands. We loved it so much wish we had stayed a week. The service from the staff at the farmhouse was more like being taken care of by old friends. The Farmhouses sizes vary so if you are with family then booked unit 1 or if boys than unit 2 which has huge cricket ground. The Farmhouse has a beautiful private pool and green garden. We will be back! In shaa Allah
