Their Pashawri karahi is delicious, mutton ribs are ok, Angara boti, steak are also good, my kid love their zinger burger, overall l like it.

I visited this recently.. it was great.. taste of every dish was great, we had Karhai, chicken n mutton, chargha, brain masala, Hunzai kabab..All were great. staff was good even it was very busy day but from reception to manager every one was great

Boaring environment, i was ordered (half kg) special kababist chiken karhai and that was approx 300gram to 400grams2nd i ordered chullu kabab its prices was very high comparatively other best karachi restaurants.

Specially environment, service & management all were tremendous.Suggestions:Their Outdoor area needs little more attention as Karachi Is facing hot and moderate weather through out the year.Washrooms need more attention as lights was not working and dusbin is full with used tissue papers.Overall good experience & would like to come again with my family and friends.Highly Recommended

Food quality was satisfactory not good. Staff was polite but the service was poor. Food took along time to come and the orders for mixed. Someone ordered soup and they thought to serve it with main course so had to cancel that order. Other orders got mixed up. It would have been 3.5 stars if they improve their service.

We ordered Hot & sour soup for starter. The soup was so sour that we had to ask them to replace it.... The food we ordered was good actually good but the service was very slow although the staff was polite. They gave us a cash discount of 15% for booking of 10 persons which i requested whilst making reservation because i didnt had the bank cards they had discounts over..One more thing.. we ordered kunafa as a sweet dish. We were told that kunafa isnt their menu. They were sourcing it from 3rd party but they had it on their menu... It was not at all good and the dicount we got was also not applicable on it.Overall it was a fine dine in terms of food other than the soup and kunafa but actually need quite a lot improvement in terms of service.I hope people get the idea before visiting..

Basics: Mixed local food at SMCHS Shahrah e Faisal. It takes almost half an hour to serve the food. Crowded place during evening hours. Limited menu until evening. Rates are bit higher. Takeaway facility. Kind staff. Average atmosphere and air-conditioned. No parking facility. Occasionally buffet arrangements. The place can be booked for birthdays, anniversaries etc.Experience: Chocolate Oreo shake, Mint Lemonade, Chicken Paneer Reshmi Handi, Chicken Mushroom Steak, Chicken Malai Kabab and Garlic Naan were served as ordered. The food was served very fresh and hot. Especially the melting Paneer on Chicken Handi. Handi and Garlic Naan has amazing combination. Although the Steak was served with many vegetables but it gave delicious taste with contained sauce. Malai Kabab had roasted taste and more of dry. Chocolate Oreo shake has no grinded Oreos, its just chocolate shake with Oreo garnished. Overall, an ordinary and over hyped place.Upon departure, one of the waiters called up returned us the card that we had forgotten mistakenly which seemed promising.

We went to Kababist today for office lunch as it was recommended by me. Everyone appreciate my decision , thanks to kababist for such a lovely food. We had kababist special karahi, steaks, fish and all were awesome in taste and comes with nice serving also. The environment was great specially the instrumental music at the background. Such a wonderful place will definitely visit again. keep up with the good taste.

No value for money, quality and quantity is not as per the price they are charging, i inquired for family platter half serving( price around 3000 Rs.) and the waiter said its for 3 to 4 persons, when the order arrived the platter was hardly enough for 1 to 2 persons, chargha was good, club sandwich was just OK, qabuli plao was taste less, lamb champain and bar b que just ok, fish was half cooked, ambiance is fine, vallet parking and road side parking both available,over all not a good experience, wount recomend, is se bohot achi quality ka sasta tareen afghani khana al asif pe mil jata hai.

Dhaka chicken was the name of the starters (i guess) but they were really really good and the morrocon chicken was also good and the last entre was good but not that much since it was sizzling chicken and not beef.Do try their Karahi its really good too

The Kababist is one of the best tasted restaurant in town. Although its really difficult to create such a good enivornment and taste in the competitive area likE Sindhi Muslim Society, bu they have done it brilliantly. The food is good along with best service.Malai boti has exceptional and mind blowing taste. Although pasta has an average taste.The overall experience is good with reasonable prices. I wish them best of luck for future.

Fine Ambiance..Ordered Chullu kebaab and and Mutton Rango with Roghni Naan..Everything was up to the mark as far as taste is concerned. Food was served hot with in time, though Resturant was almost full..Service was good as Chutni and Salad refils were given swiftly without delay.Prices are little bit on high side as any high end restaurant..say 1000Rs. Per personBut giving the Value for the money...

Just tried The Kababist last week. ambience was really nice, specially the open air sitting was more comfortable and appealing.I liked the arrangements of mosquito repellent globes, they put under every table in open air sotting.as far as food was concerned, we ordered Tarragon soup and BBQ Platter and both things were worth tasting. Soup was very nice, soothing yet yummy. while bbq platter had all meat varieties like mutton, chicken, fish and lamb and a small portion of afghani pulao was yummm.I felt they have a bit over pricing thats y i give them 4 stars rating, otherwise the overall experience was very good.

I finally decided to visit the Kababist for Dinner. Overall it was a good experience .Food and the environment was perfect .I would give the Food 9.5/10 ,Ambiance 10/10 ,service 10/10 .Here is the detailed review.It was a cold so first I ordered drink which tasted splendid. Staff was very humble and quick, my drink arrived quite fast. For the main course, I chose to try fish and chips. Asked for for dessert . The other main course ordered was delicious, served with sautéed veggies and curly fries. Spices were on point and so was the temperature of the steak.The best part was the warm glow and peaceful ambiance of the restaurant and great service. I made a reservation before going.Overall,I think it is beautiful addition in the list of good restaurants of Karachi. With Yummy food, good service and fair prices, I definitely recommend Kababist.

It is on main Shara-e-Faisal road. Kind of new. They are currently offering 20% discount on lunch menu. The taste is OK. Ambience is good. I think they tried to copy village restaurant theme but they failed to have perfect one. Everything we ordered including chicken peshawari karahi, paneer reshmi handi, their bar b q plater was good, But they served late.

Went to newly opened Kababist near SMCHS Mr Burger for my offices Annual Dinner and I was very excited to be there as I loved its exterior traditional qilla type place and its ambience was perfect to have dinner both roof top and inner place and we ordered around 10 dishes that includes Irani Butter Chicken, Alfredo Pasta, Kababist Special Burger, Fish Tikka, Fish n Chips, Lemonade but food wasnt good at all taste was ordinary as if i am eating at some local dhaba, fish in both dishes were stale not at all fresh disappointed and my teams excitement went vain. Before anything else, let me just praise how well decorated, clean and welcoming the environment is... Its so nice that you would feel like youre out of the busy city like of Karachi for a moment and in a small clean village where theres peace and good food!The service was fast and the waiters treated us very kindly and cooperatively.The food was exquisite in taste, specially the kebab. No matter where you have eaten Kebab before, you have to try the Kebab of Kababist! Furthermore, the handi was also really good. Chargha is also a dish that you should try, its juicy, salty, yet spicy! Make sure that if you order the steak, you tell them what your preferred level of cooking is. Their default is Medium rare which wasnt very pleasing to me (personal preference) but that was on me too because I left the decision to them.Overall it was a great place. The only downside was that it was quite expensive, so make sure youre packing a punch before going there. Enjoy!

Although located at a prime area it has failed to impress me and my family. It has actually disappointed us. Bisited first time on Saturday night. Wallet parking was available. An outdoor sitting place looked nice but we chose to sit inside. Ambience ws average. Food items ranged from average to below average. Mutton masala chonps were good starter. White karahi and chargha was fairly below average. Price wise it was equivalent to BBQ tonight. Taste wise much lower. Probably wont visit again.

Their menu appeared to offer a great diversity which is usually not a good sign. Anyway we decided to order one of their specialities and another desi dish.Items tried:- Kababist Chicken Karahi: this was actually great except for that fact that it wasn’t karahi at all! It was chicken makhni which they insisted on calling their ‘special karahi’. The quantity they offered for their half karahi was actually quite generous.- Kabuli Mutton Pullow: this was extremely below average. Both the rice was sub standard and tasteless and the meat also was nothing to write home about.The ambiance was however quite nice. They have both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Might be worth trying their BBQ items next time.
