In a webinar with payoneer your higher officials claim that they will open accounts of freelancers after partnership with Payoneer. I visited many branches in Lahore but all said that its not possible and the Gulberg branch( closer to siddique trade centre) informed me that you need 26 thousand deposits to open the account. Faheem from the Head office called me and took the branch operational manager of Gulberg branch online. They discussed everything and asked me to visit again and they will open the account. I visited the Gulberg branch and the operational manager directed his staff to open my account. I provided them a copy of my cnic and other required documents and signed various account opening forms. They also did my bio metric. After all that the lady representative informed me that I dont have to provide anything else and she will process everything on the start of new month (After 2 days). Almost three month are gone and no one from that branch contacted me and I also dont get any message or email of account opening or anything. The day when I provided everything for account opening I was asked to leave a good review in payoneer Pakistan group about faysal bank ... Which i did.....I dont need an account now but it is extremely bad and unethical to do someones biometric , take signatures on account opening forms and get other required documents and at the end behave like that ... Even school going kids are more responsible and trained than this kind of staffOne more thing is that the representative first informed me that a 26 thousand deposit is required to open an account in Faysal bank . Later they inform me that only the savings account is without a 26 thousand limit..........But the representative keeps convincing me in different ways that it will be great if you will deposit 26 thousand in the savings account also .

Its the head office of faysal bank consist of 10 floor, along withe main branch at ground floor, parking is available for customer.

Very poor banking i m afraid please i ask others to think twice before open or dealing with these crooks staff is very unprofessional and enviornment is very bad especially in there head office.

Rubbish and poor services, I have 2 bank accounts with the and the software they have can access the account with the CNIC number only, and it was showing only 1 account to them, they cant retrieve the details with the bank account number, how they will provide the customer services.

One of the most beautiful and attractive beautiful situated at one the beautiful road of Karachi, Shahrah-e-Faisal. I usually see this beautiful building on daily basis when I go to my office and university and always feels pleasure while seeing this beautiful corporate building. It is the head office of Faisal bank limited.

What good is a building and what purpose does it serves when the service is so pathetic. I have such a bad experience with Faysal Bank that I used to think its just a third rated poor bank. I never had a chance to travel to the end of Shahrah-e-Faisal until a few days ago. I was coming from the Lal Kothi towards Regant Plaza, when I saw this building I was quite fascinated and assumed somebody like Bahria Town or HBL or UBL owns this but when I saw Faysal Bank written, I really felt bad for the architect. Such a nice building associated with such losers.

My brother booked a car with Bahria town phase 7 branch , almost 75 days ago... he provided all documents asked by Manager and deposited down payment of Rs. 352000 but bank staff a bunch of liers keep on promising to deliver car next day , its been 75 days these hypocrites now not picking up calls.I suggest they should open chai ka khokha not bank. They dont deserve to be in banking business. Either open a ghotta kanari business or chai pakorha business. Because they are not trained as professionals.Worst banking experience ever.

Please note most of the time whenever, I go to pay my utility bills at Faysal Bank Saba Commercial Street Karachi, Pakistan the particular teller at the cash counter says that the system is down and cannot take the utility bills.And today 6th instant at 15:00 hrs when I went to pay my sui gas bill the teller said the system is down. But then he received the sui gas bill from the next gentle man standing behind me.I wonder, if you kindly explain technically how he was able to make the system up for that gentle man.
