My husband picked ready made cake but not even able to eat one slice full. Average quality and too much food color. Chocolate was not even worth eating. Not recommended!

It is a bad a bad cake on 9 december 2020 there was a my moms birthday and when she cut a cake and it was eww on next day we open a box of cake their was alot of smell on cake i very disappoint from sachas

Bought cake from them covered with red layer...low qualityThe red cake...outer layer of the cake was just food color no taste at all...

Worst and pathetic service given by Sachas Clifton branch.... I ordered a custom cake for my wifes first birthday and gave them 2 days time frame. I gave them a reference image of Panda however they ended up making a brown panda as shown in the attachment. I was extremely vexed about the situation and contacted them to lodge my complaint. Initially, I received a call from the Head-office and manager assured me to return my fund 4,750 PKR however when I showed up at their facility, everyone was clueless and kept apologizing but never agreed upon providing a refund. I tried to get hold of the manager at their Head office however he kept ignoring my calls for some reason.Eventually I gave up on reaching them out and thought about sharing my experience over the Internet.Absolutely 3rd class service!!!

It used to be no one bakery in early 80s .They had only one out let in Tariq road area. But now more and much better than Sachas like Delizia established in Karachi city.Any how still better than most of the other bakeries.

Owesom taste specially death by chocolate

Yesterday me and my friend visited the shop and ordered a chocolate mousse cake. After eating two spoons of it, I felt something sour in it. Upon smelling it smell was like a sock not washed for several days. We contacted the man on counter and complain about that. Initially he denied but after tasting it he affirmed that the cake has expired. He even did not offer to change it.

Excellent work they make beautiful and yumm cakes i have ordered my daughters second birthday hello kitty theme cake which was very delicious but the food color they use stick on fingers and lips..
