Extremely un-professional behavior of their staff, especially the person taking token for halwa poori.Although they have priority for female customers, they didnt even bother to take the token from my spouse and kept saying to wait....Also, their prices are way higher than other places for halwa poori as they charged me Rs. 580 for 8 poories, 250 gm halwa and 1 qeema kachori. However, I bought 4 poories and 250 gm halwa from Johar Mor for Rs. 180 only.Taste and quality dont seem any much different.Not recommended to people who want quality service.Thanks

The place with zero customer service.. Though they have the best halwa puri in town but Ive experienced ZERO CS from them. Id gone there with kids for take away and requested to kindly give the parcel with me in car and the person on counter rudely said well not do it bla bla. After that I went on counter where there were families for which the person on counter was you need to go to gents counter which was about after 5 shops.. Kindly note Id around 5 kids who were all less than 6..I request everyone not to buy from them until they improve their cs.. Also they have a big parking problem as well as family sitting area is not also that good..
