Placed an order about a month ago. Got back to me after a month saying they haven’t got the dresses I ordered. I have send them 4 emails regards to my order and haven’t heard back.Don’t buy anything from them.

Great variety. Almost all womens lawn brands are sold here. Sales are must-attend.

Horrible service for mail orders. Money was already paid prior to delivery (as asked when ordered) but the delivery guy wanted to be paid again (not knowing it was already paid for). Showed the receipt and everything but he still did not believe. Argued for hours and when called customer service of main store in Karachi, it took 15-20 tries for them to pick up and resolve the issue. Will never buy again from them or recommend. Totally disappointing and unacceptable behavior.

One of my favourite stores for eastern clothings i.e. kameez shalwar and kurtas. The best thing is their keeping original trend for suits if someone looking for the original apart from latest fashion trends. Prices are on a bit higher end but then the quality is also good. Recommended if someone is looking for quality stuff at one place or does not have much time to explore the market.

This store is good for discount sales at designers unstitched cloth.

My experience with sanaulla store is very satisfying .People working there are very responsible and respond at the earliest and they offer the best prices for most of the brands so that we can shop with a peace of mind.
