I heard a lot about it from my class mates. They gave us good service. Their staff was friendly. The place is really good to take pictures. But what I didnt really like was their food. It was neatly cooked but that was not satisfying. It lacked salt and spice. It was just not my opinion. All 20 of us told each other that the food is good but we wont recommend it to others(it was a farewell outing)If you love to take low sodium and less spicy food then it is recommended.

It was a lovely experience to visit this restaurant.Starting with the ambiance that was quite lovely. The restaurant has 2 options either one can choose to dine into air conditioned area or can sit at rooftop to enjoy the natural breezy wind with fresh hot food.Food was quite good. The price as well as the quality were satisfying.Definitely recommended!

Loved the experience. Great ambiance, great service; ordered from the Pakistani menu and really liked it. Also loved their Kunafa. Highly recommended, will definitely be going there again. Double thumbs up to the management! This place is a much needed addition in the food scene on this side of the city, hope they keep up their standards.

Attended a family event at this location. We booked the entire first hall to serve around 70 people. The food tasted amazing, however the service was a bit lacking and could be improved. The decor was absolutely pretty, specially the interior design and the choice of paintings and wall hangings. They also had a balcony that was quite a cool and serene place to hang out. All in all, I would definitely recommend coming here.

In my experience there have been a very few restaurants that have nailed the art of a good eatery that being: quality food, great ambiance and good service. And Sultan comes on top among the list.I have hosted two parties over there and everytime my experience has been exceptional. The very first time I planned to host a dinner there, I was very hesitant (it being a new eatery) and called them first. The person who spoke to me, Umer, was a gentleman and eased all my qualms. He guided my about the dishes and made sure my guests were attended well. The second time the service was equally good. The waiters were attentive and kept asking if everything was upto the standards.The best thing I like about this place is the quality of food. The main highlights for us are: shahi mutton pulao, malai boti, palak paneer, achari handi and chicken tikka karhai. The food is really really good! And the ambience is perfect for formal gathering.This time i cancelled an item from my order as the food was quite enough and i found out after coming home that they hadnt removed it from my bill. Although it was a genuine mistake from their part but the guy Umer apologised and was not only ready to refund the amount but he also offered to drop it off at my place.All in all they truly know how to make a customer happy. I have become their loyal customer and I hope they maintain their standard in the long run.

One word for todays visit...Satisfied.Great hospitality, nice ambiance, seating capacity is low but manageable. Food was good and if you have bogo app then your bill will be cut to half... We asked for 4 cold drinks they came up with 2 and then charged for 4. Asked for 4 qulchas they came up with 5 took 1 back then charged for 5.Also they didnt mentioned earlier that we have to pick a cake from their own place when we want to celebrate a birthday and taking the complementary service but when we were there with our own cakes they were arguing with us on this matter.Beside these two things the overall experience with food, ambiance and complementary decoration was good.

Tried their Friday Lunch Buffet for the first time and am already a big fan of the ambiance.The service was good and quick and there was a lot of variety when it came to the food items.Would highly recommend their chicken chowmein and for desert their crunch kulfa

Sundays get better with brunches since forever and I really enjoyed last weekend at Sultan.The buffet had quite a lot of items to offer.I started off with Chinese which was just on point - actually quite perfect to begin a winter afternoon.Then dipped some hot nans into mutton payay and then sipped some paya curry with a spoon too. Nice ambience. Good service. No royal touch though :p.We ordered Chicken tornado, Dynamite prawns,Muton sultan kebab(its their speciality), Crispy beef(was really crunchy) and barbq platter. Everything was tasty and perfect. But half of platter items were not as tasty as the rest of platter. Forgot to take pictures of the food but menu pics are there.

Sultan is a good restaurant, their bbq items are good but they need to improve their Chinese food items.

Visited this place with family, we ordered chinese all the items tasted good. We had ordered chicken chilli, manchurian, and 2 garlic prawns. The ambience was the key it was very thoughtful and nice. So I decided to try this new place near tipu sultan road since we have been to all the restaurants in Sindhi Muslim and I always wanted to try this. I convinced my friends to go here. The environment was very friendly and the waiters were well mannered. we ordered fish and chips from the starter menu and I used My savyour app to get another starter for free which was stuffed chicken strips. After that we came towards the main course and I ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo which was too good. I loved the Ambience of the restaurant although it was a bit dark inside but the food was spot on. The stuffed chicken strips were very crispy and full of taste we also ordered chocolate cake slice which was also availed on the savyour app and we got another slice for free which was a pretty good deal. We saved around 700 rs. Overall I will give the restaurant a 9 out of 10 and will recommend it to everyone

Best place in the Town for steak after Grill House but besides that they have only steak covering good taste category and not the other thing. I ordered prawns too but taste was not upto the mark with respect to price.Environment was nice and according to the family sitting too.Smoking area dine in also available.

Went to the Sunday Brunch of Sultan and it was totally worth its money. The place has nice ambience, attentive staff and feeding & diaper changing place.But what I loved was the 20 odd dishes in brunch including the desi hulwa puri, paratha, nihari to mushroom omelette. The lunch dishes had yummiest steak, stuffed jalapenos (I think they have the best in town) , fish, biryani, Chinese and other dishes. This combined with exotic dessert bar, lassi, juice, tea and marshmallow fountain to keep children busy.Overall very yummy experience.

I ordered for food delivery. Got the delivery and i realized they charged me double the amount of sales tax. I complained and was given a Whatsapp number to share the bill copy. Its 5 days now and no response. No professionalism at all. charging customers in unknown ways..... Always check your bill if order from SULTAN.

Nicely decorated, not too cramped or loud, food was fresh and pretty good.Liked: the chicken achari handi and the naan selection, full of flavour and textureDisliked: the mutton peshawari karahi. Wasn’t terrible but also not nearly as good as the one at Kolachi.

Atmosphere is great and is the interior, plus the food has been consistently flavorful. People are very polite and will accommodate requests. The price is a bit on the higher side but its worth it. A great place to take the family.

Visited Sultan on a family dinner, instead of reservation we had to wait for 15-20 minutes because few of our family members were on the way and the manager told us that they will remove us from table if we didnt place our orders with in 10 minutes after sitting, so we had to wait until remaining members arrived. Firstly, they assigned us a table on 2nd floor which is an open area and not suitable at all during peak of winters, however the table was replaced on demand. At last, we asked to pack our leftover meal (Steak and Manchurian) and what we took home was someone elses leftover meal. Only plus was the delicious food which was surely unexpected after such experience.

Hosted a dinner for 25 persons. Delicious food and impressive ambience to go along with. Best part is that it is conveniently located in the centre of the city else one has to head to defence or clifton for decent n quality restaurants. Varied assortment of cuisines with adequate variety in each cuisine. Overall a satisfying experience with top notch service.

The place is too expensive but gives no experience as name suggests. I wont suggest it whatsoever untill unless you just want to waste your money here. The service was slow.The food was low in quantity.The seating arrangement wasnt ok.The restroom wasnt on ground floor so I had to go up twice before and after meal to wash hands even. They couldve offered us hand sanitizer. Anyways.All in all not a satisfactory visit.Also they need to get their restroom floor fixed and I saw everyone knocking their feet while stepping in.

Visited Sultan-The Royal Eatery for family dinner, reviews were not good at their page most of the people were unhappy about delayed services. Keeping these aside we chose it. We were four and ordered Hunan Hot n Sour soup and it turned out to be good one piping hot and perfect balanced flavor. For main course we ordered Arabic Tikka, Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Mexican Chicken Sizzler and Penne Puttanesca Pasta with Mint Margharita and Guava Shame. Parmesan was out of the world heaven for the ones who love steak creamy and perfectly tendered chicken breast 9.5/10, Mexican Chicken was another hit grilled chicken with fresh flavor of Mexican spice that too was tendered perfectly 9/10, next one the pasta was the unique one I have tried it many times from different places but it was something different not the usual same flavor must try it is 9/10, last tikka it was good juicy and soft but if you are non spicy food lover then only you can like it not for spice lovers. 7/10. Lemmonade was good the usual one we try at every place but guava shake was too sweet the flavor of guava was missing. Ambience was romantic and quiet perfect was couples it was like a royal palace dinning area dimmed lights were making it more romantic. Only issue we faced was their late service they took 10 mins to provide us bill too much it was but overall it was good. Mexican beef sizzler is a total must-try! Chocolate fudge cake is amazing too, served with ice cream! Jalapeño bites, dynamite prawns, chicken cheese sticks.. Had a lot of items, they were all amazing.. And best of all, amazing service too..! Recommended!

It has one of the worst foods Ive eaten. Considering the price and experience youre looking for according to that price, it offers poor value proposition at best. The tables are too cramped and the noises and crowded affect makes it even worse. The waiters are also rude and act as if theyre owners.

The staff is very courteous they let us sit in their office when the waiting area was full. I found the food decent along with the prices. You can either sit inside or on the rooftop they have decorated all the floor very decently. Dont forget to avail discount using your HBL card.

Writing this after 2 years since i visit this Restaurant first time. Loved this restaurant and their food at 1st, but now their quantity has reduced too much as compare to the price. Spending 900 with taxes on single chinese dish with less than 100 grams of gravy is something unjustified plus they offer free Refill of rice, seriously stop this nonsense, do you want us to eat rice without gravy. Plz make your customer happy with what they order.I am literally pis...... Off on their quantity. Ambiance wise this restaurant is very good and taste is also very good but quantity not even single star.
