Was a great place in early 2000 at Clifton but lost its prime. When you go to expensive place you expect highly service oriented staff which is not the case at all but still a good place for Thai food.

I forgot the name of what I ordered but man, zouk never disappoints me and my friend. Good ambience (on a week day - nice and quiet just the way I like it!) And good food. Quality maintained. And good value for money has been the cherry on top!

The food was good. It wasnt exactly wow but good enough. Extremely pricey though. Loved tge ambiance though! They have candles too!

Nice place to share small plates, Very very good restaurant with respect to ambiance and decor. Taste is also good but can be improved. I am going there since 2004 and found it always same good quality. Strongly recommended for city residents specially strongly recommended for those who are travelling to this city to make feels good. Happy eating and best of luck. Its slightly different from Cafe Zouk Lahore though both in ambiance and food taste and quality.

Ambience is 7/10. Main course is 8/10 very good taste. Serving is quick 9/10. Appetiser section needs improvement, I ordered dynamite prawns tasted OK but were quite expensive around 850, having only 5 pieces and I also ordered hot and sour soup which actually was white and it was OK, neither bad nor good. But overall was good experience.

I had the best experience so far. The food was delicious and service was upto the mark.

The only time I have sent a dish back because it tasted of salt only - that too a chicken corn soup! The mains were no better and none of us couldnt even finish them. They have lost their quality and we only got there because all other places had a long wait on Friday night. Never again. The old Zouk which we all loved going to back in the days is dead and the new one simply is not worth going.

Its an upscale restaurant. Ambience is too beautiful and decor is wonderful. Food is very delicious and awesome. Place is neat and clean. Service is excellent and staff is very courteous and attentive. Terrific place to go with family and friends. I enjoyed a lot and will definitely visit again. Recommended to all food lovers.

Cafe Zouk is a good addition to the list of restaurants one would love to visit as well as recommending to your loved ones.We ordered Beef steak, burger , and fish. serving was good for individuals of average appetite , and taste was good.Service was good too. Ambiance and seating was good.

Really yummy thai food! And great service! If youre looking for a nice, not so noisy place then this is the one! PS= the music playing in the background was great too! Havent heard such a nice playlist playing in so long!

Cafe Zouk hasnt changed since they started their restaurant on Shamsheer. The interior, the crockery and cutlery are still the same, atleast 20 years old. In fact menu is also almost the same. Still they are doing good business, well I can only say they are lucky and loyal clientele.

Always love it here, highly underrated. Especially their thai.

Peaceful atmosphere and delicious food

The place used to have the best steaks. Now they are just concentrating on prices. I asked for medium rare but got one barely dead. Dont order the Tbone.

Quality of food is good but there is space for improvement. Soup was very thick.... unnecessary. Environment is good. Use of microwave should be stopped. Family members appreciate the menu for the variety .

The complimentary crackers were amazing. Butterfly prawns for starter were awesome. I tried the tamarind fish which was very tasty. All in all a good dining experience. Not outstanding but consistent.

A very well run and catered site. Quality of service is great, generous sized portions and wide variety of items to choose from forms a good rationale for frequent visits. They provide mainly continental and oriental food. It is a bit pricy, but it continues to hold its clientele.

Went to Cafe Zouk after a long time. Lovely ambience and very welcoming and accommodating staff. Meeting friends was nice though the background music was more like being in a dance club - very loud so it was difficult to hear one another speaking. Our request to reduce the volume was agreed to.Our order including soups and two appetizers. The soups were delicious especially the creamy tomato soup which was rich with just the right amount of croutons in it. The Chicken Satay was nicely done supple and not over grilled but lacked salt. Our inquiry whether MSG was part of the ingredients and being told that it was not used in any dishes, may have triggered the Chef to inadvertently avoid salt - though it impacted the taste, I still give the restaurant and its Chef full marks for being so attentive.Keep up the excellent service.

One of the finest restaurants in town. It has a variety of savory items to choose from. Delicious food and top notch Service. Love it. Its always our first choice when it comes to occasions like bdays etc. I think you have to try it once.

Went to Cafe Zouk for their hi tea. The restaurant looks nice however I noticed that it wasnt very busy. After trying the food I had my answer as it was nothing to come back for. The hi-tea is served in a platter in very small portions (although I wouldnt know if I couldve asked for seconds as no item was good enough for me to want seconds).

Missed management after 1 hour they did not give us food due to gas finished in restaurant

There was a time when this place was very good. The ambience the food all had something a person could expect. With time the taste is not what it was the menu is mundane like most other places. They should understand with the passage of time multiple eat out and fine dining places have mushroomed and they need to keep up with competitors. Im not saying the food is bad...But theres nothing exclusive about it either.

A restaurant with no beef. Doesnt matter when you go, irrespective of time and day... theres just no beef at cafe zouk. Imagine heading to a restaurant for beef steaks, and you end up being offered chicken steaks instead .

Quality of the food is not what it used to be. Steaks tasted desi and the Thai prawn curry was below par and didnt taste fresh. Disappointed to have gone out for Eid dinner at this place, paid more than the value its value.

I liked this place you can go here with your family and have some good food or you can go here with any of your friends and you can also go alone the food here is really good and all types of foods are absolutely available here. Love this place. As always, the taste is awesome especially Chung Mai chilli chicken. If you like spicy food, ask them to make it extra spicy and youll get the taste you cant get anywhere else in karachi. Their fish N chips is great as well, rich taste.
