Do yourself a favor and never ever buy anything from Kenwood RNI, or ask them to maintain your electrical appliance. It was a mistake to buy Kenwoods Air Conditioner. Had I known the level of after sales and customer service provided would be this bad, I would never never have bought anything from them. I sent my AC to their showroom for simple maintenance of U-bands which would have hardly taken a day, I wasnt at all updated from them about the status of machine and even after repeated complaints, none of their managers had the sense of responsibility to apprise me when my equipment will be delivered back. I had to ask myself everyday for a whole week regarding when the AC will be delivered, and the helpless customer service representative would say that they have forwarded my inquiry and I will be contacted shortly. The maintenance work that needed to be done was completed within 2 days and they still didnt deliver the AC after 8 days. They have a really Incompetent Management, If you are checking out reviews to decide whether or not to book their services, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for you will only find headache and frustration here.

Good production facility and training chance for New comers in industry

R&I ---The worst ever company I have ever come across as their customer. We bought a brand new floor standing A.C and just after 5 months its compressor stopped working due to poor quality of the product. We made several calls to their call center which is housed by highly unprofessional and unskilled staff who have customer facing role but dont even know what the customer service is all about. After several follow ups they finally managed to come and while they were lifting the A.C they promised us that it will be returned back to us in two days. Now its more than two weeks we got tired in following up with them but it didnt pay a need to them---highly rediculous. Their service service in-charge and their call centre centre manager simply made false commitments and never turned back to their customers.They are just bluffing and playing around as it has to come off their pockets because appliance is under warranty. The owners are least bothered as to how their customers are being treated. The owners would have been sued for how they are conducting their business affairs and treat their customers like this in western countries. Its a blessing for them that they are in Pakistan. We will file a serious complain with the Kenwood manufacturing company to let them know how their brand is being projected under their dealership.I would caution those who intend to buy Kenwood from retailers please do ask if the warranty and its service is covered by R&I Electrical Appliances then better buy another brand and avoid getting trapped.

WORST CUSTOMER AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND , KENWOOD IS WORST BRAND I HAVE TAKEN

Few days back made a big mistake i bought inverter ac from kenwood. There was leakage in inners after that i have been calling them no one is response i have also visited (r & i electrical appliances pvt ltd abdullah haroon road karachi) there but their response time is extremely Pathetic. What do i do next ?
