They do not deserve any star. Even I wish there could be some option for degrading them. During the warranty period a representative paid visit at home and removed fault in Microwave against Rs. 500/- only. Same fault again accrued after expiry of warranty but thus time Microwave was taken to Service Centre. Astonishingly they demanded Rs. 2100/- for removing same fault which was earlier removed for Rs. 500/-. Moreover, when I went to pick up my Microwave, they compelled me to sit and wait till preparation of Gate Pass, which took almost half an hour.Very Bad ExperienceHighly Not Recommended

They put me on delayed methodology as usual.company people never cooperate with you with respect to timings. they put small issues into long delayed time line and keep poor customer visiting service center, twice or thrice some times more than that.and the beauty of the system is that company never asks from customers about the company peoples perfromance.although feedback system is in place but that is really useless.

I was there for car mechanic. The experience was good . I will visit him again when it will be necessary

People are good and technical support is good at the Defence service center.The real problem is getting in touch with the service center. No one picks up the phone or it is busy every time. The UAN number is useless. I had to commute six kilometres to get in touch with them at the centre.

Worst after sale service. Service Centre telephone is either engaged or not picked up. Substandard material used in the Products. I have three times replaced handle of Frig Model # 91996H-Z. Cover of vegetable compartment has broken second time and I am trying to contact DHA service centre to check availability but not able to get through.

One of the worst after sales experience I had with Dawlance representatives, either D.H.A service center or malir ones they cheated and they make intentional and fake faults sorry for this review but may be its an eye opener for Dawlance.
