Illegally built apartment complex on Telephone Exchange owned land. Main gate is piled high in rancid garbage full length of the building. Roadside of the building is used as public toilet. Lines of rickshaw using its sandlot as free parking and further trashing the property. Its an eye sore and middle finger to the legal system.

This is a residential area and ground floor is occupied by shops but the very reason is the land acquired for this place is some what illegal.
