This place was a no go area years back but in recent few years government took over all the goons and bad elements and made this place a good habitant.Now one can go out there and buy or rent an apartment for him/her without any fear..

This place is not scary any more as it used to be I have wonderd alone at late hours and no snatching and nobody stoped me or faced any kind of inconvinece but the apartment are very good from inside but not well maintained from outside and pathan have a little influence but they are not resident in this apartment

No luxury at all, poor msintsinance. Entrance is very congested and guards are sleeping always.

It is situated in center of the city, 24 hours availability of transport, near to:main hospitals like (Aghakhan Hospital, Liaquit National Hospital), main shopping markets like ( Bahadurabad, Tariq Road, car sale purchase market on Khalid Bin Waheed Road, National Stadium karachi, Expo Venter karachi and food street on university Road.
