In these apartments I didnt find any issue of water electricity like in other areas of karachi. Seems to be peaceful and secure.

Nice apartment. Good clean entrance. Mosque available for the prayers at the entrance. Vigilant guards look after the security. Parking available for the customers outside. Small shops ahead of the apartment for basic grocery.

Needs paint. Floor is broken as well. However apartments are peaceful in terms of living but maintenance is average.

Flats but ok

Safari Boulevard is a Ground+4 level apartment. The project possess no elevator. However it is very peaceful as compare to other apartments of Gulistan-e-Jauhar. No shops, market within the project premises.

It is a good place riverside but the only problem is that there is no lift we have to use the lift
