Good spacious apartments with ample space of parking but not suitable for big size MPVs or SUV as the ceiling has been made very low so it becomes claustrophobic. Maintenance wise, needs working. Specially the lifts which are in dire condition of upgradation.

Rudi Lake Drive is one of the prestigious housing scheme in Gul Johar, built to taste and durability, the day I visited this place it was raining so power was out, but posed to problem to me.I should have given it 4 star if the residents have maintained cleanliness and tidy up their place of living. My parents live in Rufi Lake Drive. As compared to other apartments, it is well maintained and cleaner. They have a community centre and swimming pool a small collection of birds and a very well maintained football/volleyball/cricket/badminton playing covered area. Parking lot is clean and the management has fine a good job to keep it clean and green. The only problem is related to providing water. Water is provided on every alternate day. It might be ok with small families but not big ones.

One of the better projects in Gulistane Jauhar. I am not saying its best. But well managed, almost clean in respect of other apartments. Gentry is good. It has a big mosque, a community center, park, swimming pool. But issues of water and gas.

Very well constructed and more beautifully designed.They recently improved their security measures.Because of the shortage of water in the whole area, the management took serious steps to overcome this situation. They hired qualified, capable and well reputed company for the drilling of wells.Quite place and well behaved residents make the project a remarkable identity in the Gulistan-e-Jauhar.

This place belongs to lower middle class section of society.hence not a moderate place do not expect much from this locality.

I like the parking space. The place has lifts, some of them work. Its not a great place to live but a lot better than others situated in the same area.

Many reasons

I parked my car before few minutes of fasting and where I wrongly parked my car parking owner came to me when I left after fasting, I said sorry and apologies but he insulted a lot, when I reached home I saw my car back light broken and left fender badly scratched and both left doors badly scratched. Please advise whom I can claim ?

Rufi Lake Drive is a huge apartment complex having several blocks and about 715 flats. First residents came in 1996. Over 20 years old now RLD requires lot of cleaning, paint jobs, parking issues resolution, repair of elevators etc. Still due to its location and big flat size. RLD is still popular. A new association is doing wonderful work in several important directions
