I have been living here for the past 3 years now. We do not have any problem of gas, electricity and water. The place is beautiful, cosy and well managed.Cleanliness and maintenances charges are 3000 to 4500 depending on size of apartment.There is a proper place for children play and walk. Its a boundary apartment having lifts in every building for the residents. They have different categories which starts from 3 to 6 rooms. People live here in rent also.Residents are educated and well behaved. Prices of property are rising gradually. Nearby milestones are Hussain Lakhani Hospital and Iqra University. Surrounded area at one end is slum but its all safe and local shops are situated too.
