Its a luxury residential apartment complex. Boundary wall, no commercial plots. Previously there used to be a severe water supply problem which is solved now, I think.

Nice apartments for upper middle class people Bcoz they are too expensive for middle class people and let me tell you something about its facilities there is inside outside parking lots for residents and water comes everyday and one negative point is that they doesnt have lift facility so it will be quite tough for elder people to go on 4th and the last floor.
